Everton Zvikomborero Matambanadzo (born 13 April 1976), is a Zimbabwean former cricketer who played in three Tests and seven One Day Internationals from 1996 to 1999. His cricket career was rather brief, due to recurring knee injuries. [1]
Born at Salisbury in what was then Rhodesian, Matambanadzo has a twin brother, Darlington, who played first-class cricket for Mashonaland. [2]
He moved to the United States in 2001. [1]
He completed an economics degree at University of California, Berkeley and is currently a stock trader.[ citation needed ]
Syed Azhar Ali is a Pakistani-born former cricketer who played for the Oman national cricket team. He bowled right-arm off break. He captained Oman in the 2005 ICC Trophy.
Frasat Ali Mughal was a Pakistani-born cricketing all-rounder from Kenya who played for the East African cricket team. He played in East Africa's inaugural One Day International against New Zealand, their first match of the 1975 World Cup. In that match, he made a score of 45, the highest ever by anybody from the East African cricket team. He played in all three of East Africa's matches in the World Cup, but did not take any wickets with his medium pacers.
Syed Azhar Saeed is a former Pakistani-born cricketer who played for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team. Azhar Saeed played five first-class cricket games for Lahore City Whites and Lahore City from 1984–85 to 1987–88 before later emigrating to the Emirates, which he first represented in the 1994 ICC Trophy, where he was named joint man-of-the-tournament.
Imtiaz Abbasi, is a former Pakistani-born cricketer who played for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team. As a wicket-keeper, Imtiaz Abbasi made his mark in his first-class debut for Karachi against Quetta in the 1988 Patron's Trophy where he held seven catches, a record for domestic Pakistani cricket. However, he did not play another first-class game, and later emigrated to the United Arab Emirates, for whom he first played representative cricket in the 1994 ICC Trophy, where he was declared best wicket-keeper of the competition after claiming 22 dismissals in nine matches. He also kept wickets for the UAE in the 1996 World Cup, where he played in 6 One Day Internationals.
Saadat Ali is a former Pakistani cricketer who played eight One Day Internationals for Pakistan in 1984. He has the distinction of being the first Pakistani to carry his bat in a one-day international when he was 78 not out.
