Mashonaland cricket team

The Mashonaland cricket team was a first-class cricket team representing the Mashonaland province in Zimbabwe. They competed in the Logan Cup from 1994 until the format was revamped in 2007. James Kirtley played for Mashonaland during the 1996/1997 season. Andy Flower played for Mashonaland in 1994, 1995 and 2003.

Tafadzwa Tsiga is a Zimbabwean cricketer. He made his first-class debut for Southern Rocks in the 2013–14 Logan Cup on 24 February 2014. In February 2017, he was named in an academy squad by Zimbabwe Cricket to tour England later that year.

Jason Mark Oates is a former Zimbabwean cricketer. In first-class cricket, he played the final of the 1995–96 Logan Cup for Mashonaland Country Districts, one match for Mashonaland against Western Province in 1996, and two Logan Cup matches for Mashonaland A in 1997 and 1999, respectively.

The Harare South Country Club is a country club to the south of Harare. Its facilities include a golf course and a cricket ground. The cricket ground has played host to first-class and List A one-day matches. It first hosted first-class cricket in 1987, when Zimbabwe B played Pakistan B. Following Zimbabwe's elevation to Test status in 1992, matches in the Logan Cup gained first-class status, with both Mashonaland Country Districts and Mashonaland using the ground for home matches; the ground also played host to List A matches for both Mashonaland Country Districts and Zimbabwe Country Districts, in addition to hosting three matches in the 2000 ICC Emerging Nations Tournament. First-class cricket has not been played there since 1997 and List A cricket has not been played there since 2001.
