The Executive Towers is a complex of 12 towers in Business Bay development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They comprise 10 residential towers, one commercial tower known as Aspect Tower, and one hotel tower 'The Taj Hotel'. They are the first buildings to be completed in Business Bay, and are located near its entrance.
A three-storey podium connects all the towers in addition to the nearby Vision Tower, which is going to be connected by a special passage.[1] The first two levels of the podium comprise Bay Avenue shopping mall, with retail space of 175,000 square feet (16,300m2) and water-front terraces.[2] The third level (Plaza Level) is called The Courtyard, it contains communal facilities, landscaped plazas, children’s play areas, fountain yards, courtyards, and covered walking arcades.[3]

Progress
The towers are complete with also parks, water fountains and car parking space. In addition, the Executive Tower Hotel at the end of the podium, had stalled pending obtaining financing for the fit out. The Hotel was taken over by the Taj Hotel chain and opened its doors early 2015.

The Emirates Office Tower, is a 54-floor office building along Sheikh Zayed Road in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Connected with the 56-floor Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel by a retail boulevard, the two towers form what is commonly referred to as the Emirates Towers complex. The tower has a total structural height of 355 m (1,165 ft) and roof height of 311 m (1,020 ft), making it the 55th-tallest building in the world. The Emirates Office Tower One is taller than the neighbouring Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, but has two fewer floors. Construction of the building was completed on 3 November 1999.
Jumeirah Emirates Hotel Tower, also known as Emirates Tower Two, is a 56-floor hotel in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The hotel includes 42 luxury suites and is operated by Jumeirah Group. Connected with the Emirates Office Tower by a retail boulevard, the two towers form the Emirates Towers complex. At a structural height of 309 m (1,014 ft), Emirates Towers Hotel is the smaller of the two sister towers. It ranks as the 48th-tallest building in the world. It is the world's third-tallest all-hotel building. Construction, by BESIX subsidiary Six Construct, was completed on 15 April 2000.

Business Bay is a central business district under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project features numerous skyscrapers located in an area where Dubai Creek has been dredged and extended, and located immediately south of Downtown Dubai. Business Bay will have upwards of 240 buildings, comprising commercial and residential developments. The infrastructure of Business Bay has been completed in 2008, and the entire development was expected to be completed between 2012 and 2015. One Bayfront Plaza is a proposed supertall skyscraper in Miami, Florida, U.S. The building, construction of which has been approved, would stand at 1,049 feet (320 m), with 93 floors,[A] becoming the tallest building in Miami and Florida. Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7 kilometres (1.1 mi) long, 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi) gross floor area waterfront community located on the coast of the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a residential development and contains 40 towers. JBR can accommodate about 15,000 people, living in its apartments and hotel rooms. The Project has 6,917 apartments, from 900 sq ft (84 m2) studios to 5,500 sq ft (510 m2) penthouses. JBR has a total of six residential blocks, Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf and Murjan. JBR is within walking distance to Dubai Marina, Dubai Tram and Dubai Metro.
The World Trade Center Abu Dhabi is a complex of two skyscrapers in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Construction of these towers was scheduled to end in 2010, though the 2008 financial crisis pushed the project completion date to 2014. The complex includes two malls, and one Courtyard by Marriott hotel. The complex was initially planned to house three skyscrapers, but the 2008 crisis forced the contractors to withdraw construction of the Hotel Tower, the result being two skyscrapers.

There are many tourist attractions in Dubai, resulting from the large scale construction boom. Dubai received 14 million tourists from all around the world in 2015. Euromonitor ranked the world's 150th most visited city by international tourists in 2009; Dubai ranked 7th. Dubai welcomed 14.36M visitors in 2022. Dubai's economy relies on many sections of the "state", one of the most important being tourism, in 2014 total 70,475,636 passengers traveled through Dubai Airport.
RCBC Plaza is an office skyscraper complex located in Makati, Philippines. It is home to the offices of the Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) and is composed of two buildings: the taller RCBC Plaza Yuchengco Tower and the smaller RCBC Plaza Tower 2. The taller tower stands at 192 meters (630 ft) from the ground to its architectural top, and is currently the 8th tallest complete building in Makati, and is the 16th-tallest building in the Philippines, while the shorter tower stands at 170 meters (560 ft). At the time of its completion, the complex, as a whole, was considered by its developers to be the largest and most modern office development in the country.
