The Football Federation South Australian National Training Centre is run by the Football Federation South Australia, in Adelaide, for South Australian youth players.

Program

The men's program aims to prepare players for selection in the Australia U17 squad and Australian Institute of Sport program. 30 scholarships are awarded each year to athletes who are 15–17 years old that show the potential to represent Australia at U-17 or U-20 level.

FIFA World Cup Association football competition for mens national teams

The FIFA World Cup, often simply called the World Cup, is an international association football competition contested by the senior men's national teams of the members of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), the sport's global governing body. The FIFA U-20 World Cup is the biennial football world championship for male players under the age of 20, organised by FIFA. New Zealand Football

The FFA Centre of Excellence was a football talent identification and player development program run by Football Federation Australia (FFA) and was based at the Australian Institute of Sport, in Canberra. The Centre of Excellence ran this program for men: the program was one of the eight founding sports of the AIS in 1981. The FFA announced that the centre would close at the end of 2017.
