Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS) is one of seven faculties of the University of Colombo. The largest graduate school in the country, it conducts post-graduate degree programs in many fields, via on campus lectures and distance learning. It has the largest number of distance learning course offered via e-learning and m-learning with a student base in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

Established by the Faculty of Graduate Studies Ordinance No. 03 of 1987, its current dean is Prof. Sunil Chandrasiri, along with the Board of Graduate Studies manages the FGS under the purview of the Senate and the Council of the University of Colombo.

University of Moratuwa University in Sri Lanka

The University of Moratuwa is a technological university in Sri Lanka. It is located on the bank of the Bolgoda Lake in Katubedda, Moratuwa. Apart from academics including undergraduate and postgraduate studies, the University of Moratuwa presents social and cultural activities, student services, societies, and sports and recreational activities. The institution was known as Ceylon College of Technology, Katubedda before gaining university status. Chaminda Chiran Jayasundara obtained his bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka in 2000, MSc in Information Management from the University of Sheffield, UK in 2002 and Doctor of Literature and Philosophy in Information Science from the University of South Africa in 2010. He has worked at the University of Colombo Library as the Deputy University Librarian, Fiji National University as the University Librarian, Sir John Kotelawala Defence University as the University Librarian and currently the University Librarian of the University of Kelaniya.

Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration Public university school in Greenhill, Accra, Ghana

The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) is a public co-educational university spread over four campuses and made up of six schools, ten research centers located at Greenhill in Accra, Ghana. The location of GIMPA, Greenhill, was named by Nicholas T. Clerk who served as the Rector of the Institute from 1977 to 1982. The name, "Greenhill", is a reference to the lush greenery and hilly topography of the main campus, as well as its location in Legon which was historically on the periphery of the Ghanaian capital, Accra. Together with 200 state institutions, GIMPA successfully participated in a Public Sector Reform Programme under the auspices of the World Bank and became a self-financing institution as part of the National Institutional Reform Programme in 2001. Asia e University Distance learning university in Malaysia

Asia e University (AeU) is an international university in Subang Jaya, Malaysia that offers on-campus, blended and online learning mode programmes. An institution set in Asia, by Asians, and for Asia – founded by the Asia Cooperation Dialogue foreign ministers.
