Sardar Faisal Amin Khan Gandapur is a Pakistani politician who has been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan since April 2024. He was a member of the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from October 2018 to January 2023.
He also served as the Provincial Minister of for Local Government,Elections,and Rural Development from November 2021 till January 2023.
Additionally,he has also worked in modeling and journalism.
Faisal Amin was a French citizen but on the advice of his brother Ali Amin Gandapur relinquished his citizenship in 2018 when he joined the active politics of Pakistan. [2]
Faisal Amin was born in Dera Ismail Khan,Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on 20 December 1975. [3]
He belongs to a politically active Pashtun family of the Gandapur tribe:His late father Major (retd) Aminullah Gandapur was the former Minister for Revenue,Excise and Taxation,while his brothers Ali Amin Gandapur and Umar Amin Khan Gandapur have served in important administrative postings.
He was educated at the Government College University,Lahore and at the Forman Christian College,Lahore, [4] having earned his Master's degree in English literature. [3]
Before entering politics Faisal Amin was a model,featuring in a music video by Shehzad Roy and having walked the runway at the Paris Fashion Week in France. [5]
He has written articles for leading French magazines,including the daily newspaper Le Figaro . [4]
He's an horse breeder and an environmentalist. [5]
Faisal Amin was elected to the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as a candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from the constituency PK-97 in 2018 Pakistani by-elections held on 14 October 2018. He defeated Farhan Afzal Malik of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). Gandapur garnered 18,170 votes while his closest rival,the combined opposition candidate Farhan Dhap Advocate of PPP secured only 7,609 votes. [6]
He has also been Minister for Local Bodies,Elections and Rural Development in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet.
Sardar Inayatullah Khan Gandapur was a Pakistani politician from the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. He was born on August 27,1919,in Kulachi Tehsil of Dera Ismail Khan District. Elected to the provincial assembly in the 1970 elections,he served as finance minister from 1972 to 1973 under the coalition government of Mufti Mehmood. After the resignation of the provincial government in 1973,he defected to the Pakistan Peoples Party. He was the Chief Minister of the province from 29 April 1973 to 16 February 1975. He was dismissed as Chief Minister unceremoniously following the assassination of Hayat Sherpao.

On 22 July 2018,3 days before general elections,a suicide bomber blew himself near the vehicle of former KPK provincial minister of Agriculture Ikramullah Khan Gandapur in Kulachi,Dera Ismail Khan District,Pakistan. The prime target of attack,Gandapur was brought to Dera Ismail Khan in critical condition where he succumbed to his wounds. Apart from Gandapur,his driver and one of his guards was also killed and three more people were injured. Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for the assault describing Gandapur's killing of their colleague militants as the motive. The attack was widely condemned across Pakistan.

Aghaz Ikramullah Gandapur is a Pakistani politician who was a member of the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from October 2018 to January 2023. Gandapur is the youngest ever member of the KPK parliament,being of only 25 years at time of his inclusion into Parliament. He has a bachelor's degree in international relations. Gandapur was elected onto PK-99 after the killing of his father in the Kulachi bombings.
