Noida International Airport, also known as Jewar Airport and officially Noida International Greenfield Airport, is an international airport being constructed near the town of Jewar in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Once completed, it is planned to be the country's largest airport.The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) will be the implementing agency on behalf of the government of Uttar Pradesh. The airport is to be developed through a public-private partnership model (PPP). The proposed plan is to build a two runway airport by 2024, and at a future date, to expand it into a 7,200 acres (2,900 ha) six-runway airport. According to the proposed plan, the airport will handle five million passengers per annum (MPA) initially and up to 60 MPA to 120 MPA, after its expansion over a period of 30 years. Construction of this airport is handed over to Larsen and Toubro.
The Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project (DMIC) is a planned industrial development project between India's capital, Delhi and its financial hub and major port city, Mumbai. The DMIC project was launched in pursuance of an MOU signed between the Government of India and the Government of Japan in December 2006. It is one of the world's largest infrastructure projects with an estimated investment of US$90 billion and is planned as a high-tech industrial zone spread across Six Indian States, as well as Delhi, the national capital and itself a Union Territory. The investments will be spread across the 1,500 km long Western Dedicated Freight Corridor which will serve as the industrial corridor's transportation backbone.

The Bhal region is an area of Gujarat, India. It is spread across the political boundaries of the districts of Bhavnagar, Ahmedabad, and Anand. The Bhal region is situated on the deltas of the Sabarmati, Bhogawo, Bhadar, Lilka and other rivers that flow east and southeast off the Kathiawar peninsula into the Gulf of Cambay. The word Bhaal seems to have been derived from the Sanskrit word भाल which means forehead. Such a name is given to this region probably because it is mostly as flat as a forehead with almost entire region's soil without any stones, pebbles or gravel.

The project site is spread over 1,426 hectares about 80 kilometers from Ahmedabad and around 20 kilometres from the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR).
Ankleshwar Airport is a greenfield airport being constructed at village Mandva on National Highway 8 near Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India. The Airports Authority of India has cleared the techno-economic feasibility report for the proposed airfield and was expected to be operational by 2013. The Gujarat State Aviation Infrastructure Company Limited has acquired 80 hectares of land for the construction of the airport. The Airport Authority signed a memorandum of understanding with the State Government in January 2019 for the construction of airport and a maintenance, repair and overhaul unit spread over 92 hectares. Ankleshwar Airport is expected to handle 10% of India's total air cargo.
Itanagar Airport is a greenfield airport project that will be constructed at Holongi, 14 kilometres south of State capital Itanagar, in the Papum Pare district of Arunachal Pradesh, India. It is being built by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) over an area of 320 hectares. The project entails construction of a new 2300 metre runway, a terminal building measuring 5100 square metres to handle 200 passengers during peak hour, Air Traffic Control Tower and Technical block and Fire station with provisions for commercial activities such as a hotel, convention centre. The apron will measure 115 metres by 106 metres, suitable for parking two Airbus A321 aircraft. Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the project on 9 February 2019.

Rajkot Greenfield International Airport is a greenfield airport currently under construction at Hirasar, Gujarat, India near the National Highway (NH-8B) connecting Ahmedabad and Rajkot. It is planned as a single runway airport for the operation of ‘C’ category aircraft.
Ahmedabad–Dholera Expressway is a 109 km long, 4-lane wide access-controlled under-construction expressway in the state of Gujarat in India. It will connect Sardar Patel Ring Road near Sarkhej in Ahmedabad with Adhelai village in Bhavnagar district via Dholera Special Investment Region. The proposed Dholera International Airport near Navagam, about 20 km from Dholera SIR will also lie in the route.
