Federal is the first full-length album by American rapper E-40, following his 1991 EP Mr. Flamboyant . [1] It was released in 1992 by Sick Wid It Records. It peaked at number 80 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. [2] Jive Records reissued Federal in 1995 with an alternate tracklist and tracks 7, 11 and 13 missing.
