Figline Valdarno (Italian pronunciation:  [fiʎˈʎiːne valˈdarno] ) was a comune (municipality) in the Province of Florence in the Italian region of Tuscany, located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southeast of Florence. As of 31 December 2013, it had a population of 17,136 and an area of 71.7 square kilometres (27.7 sq mi). [1] The municipality is the birthplace of Marsilio Ficino.

The town is well served by the station with frequent trains to Florence and Arezzo. Near the station there is a bus terminal that connects Figline with the towns nearby.
