First for Women was an American women's magazine published by McClatchey Media owned A360media. [1] The magazine was started in 1989 by Bauer Media Group. [2] In 2011 the circulation of the magazine was 1,310,696 copies. [3] In April 2024, the magazine went weekly. [4] The magazine ceased publication in June 2025, after 35 years. [5]
