The airline was established on March 30, 2004, and started operations on June 2, 2004. It was owned by JLA (Jean-Louis Aze) Consulting (51%) and Guylot Environment (49%). Their services were suspended in September 2005.

Helios Airways was a low-cost Cypriot airline operating scheduled and charter flights between Cyprus and many European and African destinations. It had its corporate headquarters on the grounds of Larnaca International Airport in Larnaca. Its main base was Larnaca International Airport. Flights ceased on 6 November 2006 because the company's aircraft were detained and its bank accounts frozen by the Government of Cyprus.

Centralwings was a charter airline based in Warsaw, Poland. The airline operated as a low-cost airline and then became a charter-only operation in October 2008. It was a subsidiary of LOT Polish Airlines, operating international services in Europe, using Boeing 737 aircraft. Its main base was Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport, with hubs at Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport and John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice. On 26 March 2009 the board of LOT Polish Airlines decided to close Centralwings with no information about what was to happen to its employees.

ASL Airlines Ireland Irish freight and passenger airline founded in 1972

ASL Airlines (Ireland) Limited, formerly Air Contractors, is a freight and passenger airline. It operates scheduled freight services throughout Europe on behalf of major integrators such as FedEx Feeder and DHL Express; and operates unscheduled passenger air charter flights, as well as some wet lease services for scheduled airlines. ASL Aviation Holdings DAC, the parent company of ASL Airlines Ireland, has its head office at 3 Malahide Road, Swords, County Dublin, Ireland.

Continental Airways was a scheduled passenger airline based in Moscow, Russia. It was established in 1995 and operated out of Sheremetyevo International Airport, Moscow, using a fleet of three Tupolev Tu-154 aircraft. In July 2011, Continental Airways was shut down.

Binter Canarias S.A. is a Spanish airline based on the grounds of Gran Canaria Airport in Telde, Gran Canaria and Tenerife North Airport, San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Spain. Flyglobespan was a low-cost airline based in Edinburgh, Scotland. It operated scheduled services from five airports across Scotland, England and Ireland to destinations in Europe, North America, North Africa and South Africa. Its main bases were Glasgow Airport, Edinburgh Airport and Aberdeen Airport. The airline's slogan was "Award-winning airline". It went into administration due to financial problems and the airline declared bankruptcy on 16 December 2009.

Enkor

Enkor was an airline based in Moscow, Russia. It operated scheduled international passenger services and provided technical aircraft maintenance. Its main bases were Domodedovo International Airport, Moscow, Ulan Ude Airport (UUD) and Chelyabinsk Airport (CEK). In 2004 the airline merged with S7 which inherited their fleet of TU-154M aircraft. The TU-134 and Yakovlev Yak-42 aircraft were retired and the TU-154B2 was sold to Kolavia.
