"Forever" is a song recorded by South Korean girl group BabyMonster. It was released by YG Entertainment on July 1, 2024, as a pre-release single for their upcoming first studio album. [1]
On January 24, 2024, YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun-suk announced plans for the group to release a mini-album on April 1, followed by a full-length album during the fall of the same year. [2] A follow-up announcement by Yang on May 19 revealed plans to release a pre-release single for the upcoming studio album in early July. [3] [4]
On June 17, 2024, a teaser for BabyMonster's new single was released on the group's social media page, titled RSVP along with the date July 1, 2024. [5] The name of the single, "Forever", was revealed a day later. [6] Individual posters were released on June 24, [7] followed by a teaser for the music video for the single the next day. Yang Hyun-suk is a South Korean music executive, rapper, dancer, songwriter, and record producer. He rose to fame as a member of Seo Taiji and Boys during the 1990s. After the group disbanded, he founded and became the executive producer and chairman of YG Entertainment, the fourth-largest record company in South Korea.
Dong Young-bae, better known by his stage name Taeyang or SOL, is a South Korean singer. He made his debut in 2006 as a member of the South Korean boy band BigBang. Following the release of several albums and extended plays with his group, Taeyang pursued a solo career in 2008, releasing his first extended play, Hot. The EP was acclaimed by critics and went to win the award for Best R&B & Soul Album at the 6th Korean Music Awards. Hot was followed by his first full-length studio album Solar (2010), which was released in July 2010 and peaked atop the Gaon Album Chart.

"Come Back Home" is a song recorded by South Korean girl group 2NE1 for their second and final Korean-language studio album, Crush (2014). The song was released on February 27, 2014, through YG Entertainment in conjunction with the release of the album and serves as one of its two title tracks. Written and produced by Teddy Park along with Choi Pil-kang and Dee.P, the song is a hybrid of a variety of musical genres, including electropop, R&B, reggae and trap. An unplugged version of the single was also made available on the album.
