Jamestown High School, Former, also known as Jamestown Public School, is a historic school building located at Jamestown, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was designed by architect Charles E. Hartge and built in 1915. It is a 2 1/2-story, Classical Revival-style brick building with cast stone detailing. It features a full-height tetrastyle entrance portico supported by Ionic order columns and pilasters. The building underwent a major rehabilitation and adaptive reuse in 1986 and 1987. [2]

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. [1]

The Jamestown Exposition, also known as the Jamestown Ter-Centennial Exposition of 1907, was one of the many world's fairs and expositions that were popular in the United States in the early part of the 20th century. Commemorating the 300th anniversary of the founding of Jamestown in the Virginia Colony, it was held from April 26 to December 1, 1907, at Sewell's Point on Hampton Roads, in Norfolk, Virginia. It celebrated the first permanent English settlement in the present United States. In 1975, the 20 remaining exposition buildings were included on the National Register of Historic Places as a national historic district.

Ponce City Market is a mixed-use development located in a former Sears catalogue facility in Atlanta, with national and local retail anchors, restaurants, a food hall, boutiques and offices, and residential units. Old Crawfordsville High School is a former public high school erected in 1910 on East Jefferson Street in Crawfordsville, Montgomery County, Indiana. It was a part of the Crawfordsville Community Schools. The old building was expanded in 1914, 1921, and 1941 to provide additional classrooms, an auditorium, and a gymnasium. A new Crawfordsville High School facility opened at One Athenian Drive in 1993. In 2000 the old school building was converted to a multi-use facility of offices, residential housing, and a fitness center. The former high school building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. The former high school became a senior living facility and in 2019 was converted into 99 apartment units called The Laurel Flats.

The district encompasses nine contributing buildings in the Quaker community of Jamestown dated to the early-19th century. Located in the district is the separately listed Richard Mendenhall Plantation Buildings. Other notable buildings include the Richard Mendenhall Store, Jamestown Friends' Meeting House, Dr Shubal Coffin's House and Medical School, Dr. Coffin's second house, Harper-Johnson House, Mcinnis House, Joyner House, and Potter Log House.

The district encompasses 13 contributing buildings, 2 contributing sites, and 4 contributing structures on a mid-20th century "gentleman's farm." Richard Mendenhall Homeplace and Buildings a historic homeplace, farm and buildings in the Southeastern United States located at Jamestown, Guilford County, North Carolina. The Mendenhall farmhouse was built in 1811, and consists of a two-story, brick main block of plain typically Quaker design, with a porch on three sides and a number of additions to the west and rear. Also on the property is a large early Red Bank Barn of the Pennsylvania German type, Underground Railroad False Bottom Wagon, One Room School House, Dr. Madison Lindsay's House, Museum, Thy Store, and a Well House.

Pomona High School, Former, also known as Lindley Junior High School, is a historic school building located at Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. The original section was built about 1920, and is a two-story, nine-bay, U-shaped, Classical Revival style building. Two projecting wings were added in 1940, and in 1951, the space was filled between the wings. It is faced with dark bricks accented with limestone, concrete, and terra cotta ornament. The building features a one-story limestone entrance portico supported by four Doric order columns. The school closed in 1979. It has been converted to apartments.

Kenneth L. Howard House, also known as the Women's Club of Dunn, is a historic home located near Dunn, Harnett County, North Carolina. It was built in 1908–1909, and is a 2+12-story, three-bay, Colonial Revival style frame mansion. It has a high hipped roof crowned by a mock widow's walk and features a two-story free Ionic order portico and one-story wraparound porch. The house is a copy of the North Carolina Building at the Jamestown Exposition of 1907. In 1953 it was acquired as the headquarters of the Woman's Club.
