Foxcroft Towne Center at Martinsburg (formerly Martinsburg Mall) was a regional shopping mall in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Completed in 1991, the mall contained more than 50 retailers, including The Bon-Ton (originally Hess's) and Walmart, which was expanded from a discount store to a Supercenter in 1998. Foxcroft Towne Center at Martinsburg was a retail hub for the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. The Martinsburg Mall changed its name to Foxcroft Towne Center at Martinsburg effective October 1, 2015. [2] On September 8, 2016 owners announced that the mall would close on November 1, 2016. The mall will be demolished, except for The Bon-Ton (which closed in 2018), JCPenney, and Walmart. JCPenney closed on July 31, 2017. They plan on redeveloping the site for more retail. [3]
As of 2019 the former JCPenney is now a Hobby Lobby [4] and the former Hess's/The Bon-Ton is now Grand Home Furnishings. None of the original mall interior remains except for an empty lot where the middle pavilion and food court once stood. Several Businesses have opened in new buildings built onto the former Sears (which closed in 2011) parking lot, which include Firehouse Subs, Panera Bread, and some empty retail spaces. [5] [6] The anchor stores are Walmart, Ross, Hobby Lobby, and Grand Home Furnishings.
Foxcroft Towne Center at Martinsburg is at the center of Foxcroft Avenue in Martinsburg, with exits immediately to the north and south of the property off Interstate 81.
Northridge Mall is a shopping mall in Salinas, California, the largest in Monterey County. Located off Highway 101 near Boronda Road and North Main Street in the northern part of the city, the single-story structure encompasses 976,913 sq ft (90,758 m2) of retail space. Northridge Mall features more than 110 shops, two restaurants, a fast-food court with eight outlets, a Round One Entertainment, and three department stores including Hobby Lobby, JCPenney, and Macy's with one vacant anchor last occupied by Sears. It receives approximately 7.2 million visitors annually with approximately 5,800 spaces in the open-air parking lot. It's the only indoor shopping mall between San Jose and Santa Maria.
The Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills, or simply Pittsburgh Mills, is a super-regional shopping center northeast of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in Frazer Township, along PA Route 28 near its intersection with the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The mall is the second largest shopping complex in Western Pennsylvania, and the main retail center for the Allegheny Valley with 905,667 sq ft (84,139 m2) of retail space on 200 acres (0.8 km2). The grand opening of the mall portion of Pittsburgh Mills was on July 14, 2005.
Huntington Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in the village of Barboursville in Cabell County in the U.S. state of West Virginia. Currently the largest mall in West Virginia, it opened on 3 February 1981 and features more than 150 retailers. Anchor stores include Dick's Sporting Goods, JCPenney, Macy's, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and a Cinemark theater. Other major tenants include Books-A-Million and Old Navy. The mall is owned by Cafaro Company of Youngstown, Ohio.
Wayne Towne Center is a regional shopping center located in Wayne, New Jersey, in the New York City metropolitan area, adjacent to Willowbrook Mall along Willowbrook Boulevard. As of 2008, the mall had a gross leasable area of 653,000 square feet (60,700 m2). The center formerly operated as an indoor shopping mall from the time when JCPenney was built, in the late 1980s, until its de-malling in 2008. The inner portion of the mall, which had one floor has since been demolished.
West Towne Mall is a shopping mall located in Madison, Wisconsin, U.S., owned by CBL Properties. It was the first enclosed shopping center within 70 miles (110 km) of Madison with its grand opening on October 15, 1970. The mall was designed by the architect Lou Resnick and developed by Jacobs, Visconsi, and Jacobs Co., of Cleveland, Ohio, the developer of Brookfield Square in Milwaukee. The 56,000-square-foot (5,200 m2) Manchester's store was later replaced by a food court. West Towne is the sister mall to the East Towne Mall which opened a year later.

Uptown McComb is an enclosed shopping mall located in McComb, Mississippi, United States. The mall is situated at the intersection of Interstate 55 and Veterans Boulevard. Ashland Town Center is an enclosed shopping mall located in the city of Ashland, Kentucky, United States. One of two malls serving the city, it is located on U.S. Highway 23 near downtown Ashland. The mall features more than seventy retailers and restaurants, as well as a food court. The mall's anchor stores are Belk Women and Kids, TJ Maxx, Ulta Beauty, JCPenney, Kay Jewelers, Belk Men and Home, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Aspen Dental, and Five Below. Midland Mall is an enclosed shopping mall serving Midland, Michigan, United States. Opened in 1991, the mall's anchor stores are Target, Hobby Lobby, Barnes & Noble, Dunham's Sports, and Planet Fitness. A fourth anchor store spot, once occupied by Sears, is occupied by MyMichigan Health System and is non-commercial. The mall was owned and managed by the Kohan Retail Investment Group until 2023 when local businessman Jordan Dice purchased it at auction.

Adrian Mall was an enclosed shopping center serving Adrian, Michigan, United States. It opened in 1970 with JCPenney and Sears as its anchor stores; an expansion in 1985 added Elder-Beerman as a third. The mall remained largely unchanged until the 21st century, at which point many of the stores began closing. A portion of the mall was removed for Dunham's Sports, while JCPenney, Sears, and Elder-Beerman all closed. The former Sears location is split between Ollie's Bargain Outlet and Hobby Lobby. The mall is owned and managed by Kohan Retail Investment Group.

Concord Mall was an enclosed shopping mall serving Elkhart, Indiana, United States. It opened in 1972, featuring Montgomery Ward and Robertson's as its anchor stores, with JCPenney being added on in 1976. Robertson's was converted to Meis, Elder-Beerman, and Carson's before closing in 2018, while Montgomery Ward was divided between Hobby Lobby and ABC Warehouse. These are also the only two stores open at the mall, which otherwise closed for business in 2023.
Pine Ridge Mall is an enclosed shopping mall located in Chubbuck, Idaho, near Interstate 86. The mall was developed by Price Development Corporation and opened in 1981. The mall is currently owned by Farmer Holding Co. and the anchor tenants are C-A-L Ranch Stores, Gem Prep, Hobby Lobby, JCPenney, and Planet Fitness.
Three Rivers Mall is an enclosed shopping mall located in Kelso, Washington that opened in 1987, on the site of a former golf course adjacent to Interstate 5. Previously owned by General Growth Properties, the mall was one of 30 malls that was spun off into Rouse Properties in 2012. Rouse was acquired by Brookfield Properties Retail Group in 2016. In July 2019, Brookfield sold the mall to Arizona-based Three Rivers Village, LLC.

Uptown Scottsbluff is a shopping mall in Scottsbluff, Nebraska along US-26, previously known as Monument Mall. The mall was built in the mid-1980s with three different anchor stores. It was purchased by RockStep Capital in 2013, with plans to redevelop the mall. Today, about twenty-eight tenants occupy the mall including Harbor Freight, Dunham's Sports, Hobby Lobby, Dollar Tree, and Golden Ticket Cinemas Reel Lux 6.
