The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) men's basketball tournament is the annual conference basketball championship tournament for the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The tournament has been held annually since 1991. It is a single-elimination tournament and seeding is based on regular season records. [1]

Contents

The winner, declared conference champion, receives the GLIAC's automatic bid to the NCAA Men's Division II Basketball Championship.

Jordan Bischel is an American baseball coach and former pitcher and first baseman, who is the current head baseball coach of the Cincinnati Bearcats. He played college baseball at St. Norbert College from 2000 to 2003. The 2020–21 Michigan Tech Huskies men's basketball team will represent Michigan Tech in the 2020–21 NCAA Division II men's basketball season. The Huskies will be led by 27th-year head coach Kevin Luke and will play their home games at Sherman Stadium in Houghton, Michigan as members of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

The 2021 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men's basketball tournament was a postseason men's basketball tournament for the GLIAC of the 2020–21 NCAA Division II men's basketball season which took place March 2–5, 2021. The Semi-Finals and Finals were played in John Friend Court in Hammond, Indiana, with the first two rounds being held at the home stadium of the team that had the better record of their respective matchup. For example, the matchup between #3 Michigan Tech and #6 Purdue Northwest would be hosted by Michigan Tech.

The 2022 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men's basketball tournament is a postseason men's basketball tournament for the GLIAC of the 2021–22 NCAA Division II men's basketball season which is taking place between March 2–6, 2022. Following the conclusion of the Quarterfinals, the GLIAC announced that the Semifinals and Championship game would be hosted by Michigan Tech in Houghton, Michigan.
