Gabriel Clemens (born 16 August 1983) is a German professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He reached the semi-finals at the 2017 World Masters, the 2023 PDC World Championship and the 2023 Players Championship Finals.
In 2017, Clemens made the semi-finals of the World Masters, and missed match darts against the BDO number one Mark McGeeney to reach the final.
In January 2018, he gained a two-year PDC Tour Card. He won the fourth day of European Q-School by defeating the Dutchman Vincent Kamphuis 5–3 in the final. In his first year on the circuit, he reached the final of 2018 PDC Players Championship 11, where he took on two-time world champion Gary Anderson. Clemens missed two match-darts to win the title and lost 5–6.
In December 2020, he became the first German player to reach the round of Last 16 in the PDC World Darts Championship, after beating reigning champion Peter Wright 4–3. [3] [4]
Clemens reached two major semi-finals in the 2023 season. First, he was in the semi-final of the 2023 PDC World Darts Championship, becoming the first German player to reach that stage of the competition before suffering a 6–2 defeat to Michael Smith having already defeated world number one Gerwyn Price in the previous round. [5] Later, he went on to get to the semi-finals of the 2023 Players Championship Finals, where he lost to Michael van Gerwen.
In August 2024, Clemens married his partner Lisa in a ceremony on the island of Mallorca. [6]

Steve Beaton is an English former professional darts player. He won the BDO World Darts Championship in 1996 and is a former World No. 1.
The PDC World Darts Championship, known for sponsorship purposes as the Paddy Power World Darts Championship, organised by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), is a World Professional Darts Championship held annually in the sport of darts. The PDC world championship begins in December and ends in January and is held at Alexandra Palace in London, and has been held there since 2008. It is the most prestigious of the PDC's tournaments, with the winner receiving the Sid Waddell Trophy, named in honour of the darts commentator Sid Waddell, who died in 2012. The 2021 PDC World Darts Championship was the 28th World Championship organised by the Professional Darts Corporation since it separated from the British Darts Organisation. The collapse of the BDO in September 2020 and subsequent postponement of the World Darts Federation-sanctioned event meant that this edition was the first undisputed World Championship in the sport since John Lowe won the BDO World Darts Championship in 1993. The event took place at the Alexandra Palace in London from 15 December 2020 – 3 January 2021, and was played behind closed doors, except for the first day of the tournament, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
