Gabriel Clemens (born 16 August 1983) is a German professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, where he is currently ranked world number thirty-seven. He reached the semi-finals at the 2017 World Masters, the 2023 PDC World Championship and the 2023 Players Championship Finals.
In 2017, Clemens made the semi-finals of the World Masters, and missed match darts against the BDO number one Mark McGeeney to reach the final.
In January 2018, he gained a two-year PDC Tour Card. He won the fourth day of European Q-School by defeating the Dutchman Vincent Kamphuis 5–3 in the final. In his first year on the circuit, he reached the final of 2018 PDC Players Championship 11, where he took on two-time world champion Gary Anderson. Clemens missed two match-darts to win the title and lost 6–5.
In December 2020, he became the first German player to reach the last 16 in the PDC World Darts Championship, after beating reigning champion Peter Wright 4–3. [3] [4]
Clemens reached two major semi-finals in the 2023 season. Firstly, he reached the semi-finals of the 2023 PDC World Darts Championship, becoming the first German player to reach that stage of the competition, before suffering a 6–2 defeat to Michael Smith, having defeated world number one Gerwyn Price in the previous round. [5] [6] He then went on to make the semi-finals of the 2023 Players Championship Finals, where he lost to Michael van Gerwen.
In August 2024, Clemens married his partner Lisa in a ceremony on the island of Mallorca. [7]

A nine-dart finish, also known as a nine-darter, is a perfect leg or single game in the sport of darts. The object of the game is to score a set number of points, most commonly 501; in order to win, a player must reach the target total exactly and hit a double scoring area with their last dart.
The PDC World Darts Championship, known for sponsorship purposes as the Paddy Power World Darts Championship is a world championship competition held annually in the sport of darts. The championship begins in December and ends in January and has been held at Alexandra Palace in London, since 2008. Organised by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), it is the most prestigious of their tournaments, with the winner receiving the Sid Waddell Trophy, named in honour of the darts commentator Sid Waddell. Along with the Premier League Darts and World Matchplay, it is part of the Triple Crown.
