Warren E. Miller was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates. Miller represented District 9A, which includes parts of Howard and Carroll counties. Miller was appointed by Governor Bob Ehrlich on March 7, 2003 to replace Robert L. Flanagan, who resigned from the Maryland House of Delegates on February 28, 2003, to become the Maryland Secretary of Transportation. On November 30, 2020, Miller announced his intent to resign at the end of 2020.

Martha S. Klima was first elected in 1982 to represent District 9, which covered a portion of Baltimore County, Maryland, USA. She unsuccessfully ran for the State Senate in 2002. She was defeated by Jim Brochin.

Herbert H. McMillan is a Republican former member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 30 in Anne Arundel County, MD from 2003 to 2007 and from 2011 to 2019. He served alongside Democrat Michael E. Busch and Republican Ron George. In 2006 he challenged District 30 Senator John Astle, a Democrat, who defeated him 53 percent to 47 percent. In 2022, McMillan unsuccessfully ran for the Republican nomination for Anne Arundel County executive.

Mary Ann Lisanti is an American politician and a member of the Democratic Party, who represented District 34A in the Maryland House of Delegates. Previously she represented district F on the Harford County Council, representing Havre de Grace, Abingdon, Belcamp/Riverside and Aberdeen Proving Ground. In January 2014 Lisanti filed to run for the Maryland House of Delegates and to not seek a 3rd term on the County Council. In early March 2019, the House of Delegates unanimously censured Lisanti for a racial slur directed at the African-American majority Prince George's County, with her own county's Democratic Party calling for her resignation.
