Gary Adcock is an American college baseball coach and former pitcher. Adcock is the head coach of the California Baptist Lancers baseball team.
Upon graduation from high school, Adcock enrolled at University of California, Santa Barbara. Adcock pitched 7 complete games for the Gauchos in 1990. [1] The following year, he transferred to Riverside City College.
In 1992, his junior year, he transferred to UCLA and he pitched a 6–6 record with a 6.56 ERA. He returned for his senior season at UCLA, pitching to a 3–4 record, and a 5.75 ERA.
Adcock joined the UCLA staff as a graduate assistant during the 1994 season. He then accepted an assistant coaching role at California Baptist University. In 1997 and 1998, he served as the pitching coach for Riverside City College. [2] Adcock then accepted the pitching coach job at Purdue University. He helped the Boilermakers to a Big Ten Conference leading 4.12 ERA in 2000. [3] On August 18, 2000, he returned to UCLA as a pitching coach.
In 2003, Adcock was named the head coach at California Baptist. He led the Lancers to the 2010 NAIA World Series.

Lloyd Eugene Keady is an American Hall of Fame basketball coach. He is best known for his 25 years serving as the head men's basketball coach at Purdue University in Indiana. In his tenure leading the Boilermakers from 1980 to 2005, he went to the NCAA Tournament seventeen times, twice advancing to the Elite Eight.

Jim Colletto is a former American football player and coach. He attended Monterey High School (1958–1962) where he was an all conference baseball and football player and starter on the varsity basketball team. At UCLA Colletto was all conference in baseball and football; where he led the team in rushing as a sophomore and as a senior defensive end was captain of the UCLA team that beat Michigan State in the 1966 Rose Bowl.
Phillip Louis Mathews is an American basketball coach who is currently head men's basketball coach at Riverside City College. A native of Riverside, California, Mathews played college basketball at Riverside City and UC Irvine.
Gary Henderson is an American baseball coach and former pitcher, who is the current head baseball coach of the Utah Utes. He played college baseball at Linfield in 1980 and at San Diego State for head coach Jim Dietz from 1982 to 1984. He was the head coach of the Chapman Panthers (1993), the Kentucky Wildcats (2009–2016) and Mississippi State Bulldogs (2018).
John Joseph Savage is an American baseball coach and former pitcher, who currently serves as the head baseball coach for the UCLA Bruins. He played college baseball at Santa Clara for coaches Jerry McClain and John Oldham from 1984 to 1986 before playing in Minor League Baseball (MiLB) for three seasons (1986-1988). After serving as an assistant coach with Nevada and USC in the 1990s, he became the head coach for the UC Irvine Anteaters (2002–04). Savage became UCLA's head baseball coach in July 2004 and has guided the Bruins in that role for the past 18 seasons.

David Andrew Berg is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he played college baseball for the UCLA Bruins baseball team. He was named an All-American and Pac-12 Conference Baseball Pitcher of the Year in 2013. He set a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) record for saves in a single season with 24. The Texas Rangers selected Berg in the 17th round of the 2014 Major League Baseball draft. He did not sign with the Rangers and returned to UCLA for his senior season. He was then drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the sixth round of the 2015 MLB Draft. He left professional baseball in 2018 without ever playing in the major leagues.

Kevin R. Gowdy is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. He attended Santa Barbara High School in Santa Barbara, California and was considered a top prospect for the 2016 MLB draft. Gowdy was selected by the Philadelphia Phillies in the second round, with the 42nd overall pick.

Shane Robert Bieber is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Cleveland Guardians of Major League Baseball (MLB). He played college baseball for the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos baseball team as a walk-on. He was drafted by the Indians in the fourth round of the 2016 Major League Baseball draft. Bieber made his MLB debut with Cleveland in 2018, was named an All-Star in 2019 and 2021, and received the American League's 2020 Cy Young Award.
The California Baptist Lancers baseball team represents California Baptist University, which is located in Riverside, California. The Lancers are an NCAA Division I college baseball program that competes in the Western Athletic Conference. They began competing in Division I in 2019 and joined the Western Athletic Conference the same season.
Brian Green is an American baseball coach and former player, who is the current head baseball coach of the Wichita State Shockers. He played college baseball at Riverside City College, Chapman University, and New Mexico State University between 1991 and 1994. He then served as the head coach of the New Mexico State Aggies (2015–2019) and the Washington State Cougars (2020–2023).
