Yeo Foo Ee Gary (born 30 August 1986) is a former track and field sprint athlete who competes internationally for Singapore. [1] Yeo is a 5-time SEA Games Silver medalist and the 2012 ASEAN University Games 100m Champion. [2] Yeo also represented Singapore in athletics at the 2012 London Olympics, as well as the 2010 and 2014 Asian Games. [3] [4] [5] [6] He was the flag bearer for Singapore at the 2014 Asian Games [7]

Yeo won the silver medal in the Men's 100 metres at the 2011 Southeast Asian Games. [8]

In 2012, Yeo represented Singapore at the 2012 Summer Olympics. In the men's 100m preliminary round, he broke his personal best timing of 10.62secs to 10.57secs to qualify for Round 1. [9] He subsequently finished last in his heat and did not qualify for the next round. [10]

In the same year, Yeo won the gold medal in the 100m sprint at the 2012 Asean University Games, lowering his personal best timing to 10.44secs as well as qualifying for the SEA Games 2013 in the process. [11]

In 2013, Yeo started training full-time and broke the 4 × 100 m relay record in May with a timing of 39.45secs. [12]

At the 2015 South East Asian games, Yeo was part of the quartet that rewrote the national 4 × 100 m record, finishing 2nd behind Thailand with a time of 39.24s. [13]

Yeo was a former student of Victoria School and is now studying business at the Singapore Management University.

She has represented her country at the FINA World Cup, Asian Games, Asian Swimming Championships, Commonwealth Games, Youth Olympic Games and the Asian Youth Games with her aim win a gold medal at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

Samantha Louisa Ginn Yeo is a Singaporean breaststroke and medley swimmer. Competing in her first of three Southeast Asian Games at just 12 years of age, Yeo has represented her country at the long course and short course World Championships, the FINA World Cup, Asian Games, Asian Swimming Championships, Commonwealth Games, Youth Olympic Games and Asian Youth Games. In June 2014, Yeo was recruited to the Michigan Wolverines on a partial, performance-based, sports scholarship.

Singapore competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Originally scheduled to take place from 24 July to 9 August 2020, the Games were postponed to 23 July to 8 August 2021, because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Muhamad Hosni Muhamad is a Singaporean track coach and former track and field sprinter who specialised in the 100 metres. He represented Singapore in athletics at the 1993 Southeast Asian Games, the 1994 Asian Games and the 1994 Commonwealth Games, where he was the flag bearer for the Singapore contingent. Hosni retired from competitive running in 1997.

Abeykoon Mudiyansalage Yupun Priyadarshana, known as Yupun Abeykoon, also referred to as Yupun Priyadarshana is a Sri Lankan track and field athlete and a national record holder in men's 100m, men's 200m and in men's indoor 60m. He currently resides in Italy as he went on a scholarship to Italy in 2015. He is also attached to the Electronic and Mechanical Engineering Regiment of the Sri Lanka Army and represents Army Sports Club. He is currently regarded as the fastest Sri Lankan man as well as fastest South Asian man in men's 100m and 200m disciplines. On 3 July 2022, he became the first South Asian to break the 10-Second barrier for the men's 100 meters event at the Resisprint International competition, with a timing of 9.96 seconds, in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
