"Be My Lover" is a song recorded by German Eurodance group La Bouche and released in March 1995 as the second single from their debut album, Sweet Dreams (1995). The song was written by group members Melanie Thornton and Lane McCray with Uli Brenner and Gerd Amir Saraf, who co-produced it with Frank Farian. It remains their most successful song, alongside "Sweet Dreams", and was a worldwide hit. In Europe, it was a number-one hit in the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Romania, and Sweden, as well as on the Eurochart Hot 100. In the US, the single reached number five on the Cash Box Top 100, number six on the Billboard Hot 100 and also topped the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart for two weeks in December 1995. To date, it has sold six million copies worldwide. La Bouche won the 1996 Echo award in Germany in the category for Best Dance Single with "Be My Lover", and the ASCAP award in the US for the 'Most Played Song in America'. As for other Culture Beat singles, a CD maxi entirely composed of remixes was added among the available media a short time after. Outside Europe, it peaked at number two on the RPM dance music chart in Canada and number 15 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart in the US.

The song is the title track of the group's debut studio album, The Rhythm of the Night (1995), and was written by Francesco Bontempi, Annerley Emma Gordon, Giorgio Spagna, Pete Glenister and Mike Gaffey. It was produced by Bontempi, and the vocals were performed by Italian singer Giovanna Bersola, who is not credited on the single and does not appear in the music video. The woman who appears in the video is the group's frontwoman Olga Souza. The video was A-listed on Music TV-channels, such as Germany's VIVA. The song was a worldwide hit in 1994, peaking at number-one in Italy, and within the top five in most of Europe, while in the US, it fell short of the top ten, reaching number eleven on both the Billboard Hot 100 and the Cash Box Top 100.
"The X-Files" is an instrumental written and produced by American film and television composer Mark Snow. On its parent album, The Truth and the Light: Music from the X-Files, the track is titled "Materia Primoris". It is a remixed version of the original theme Snow composed for the science fiction television series The X-Files in 1993. The composition was released as a single in 1996 and achieved chart success, particularly in France, where it reached number one on the SNEP Singles Chart. The composition has since been covered by many artists, including DJ Dado and Triple X; DJ Dado's version was a major hit in Europe while Triple X's version reached number two in Australia.
"Think About the Way" is a song by British-based rapper Ice MC, released in March 1994 as the second single from his third album, Ice'n'Green (1994), on which it appears in four versions, and his tenth single overall. It was produced by Roberto Zanetti, also known as Robyx, and was written by Zanetti and Ice MC, though many releases credit Zanetti as the sole writer. The female vocals were performed by Italian singer Alexia, though she was also uncredited. The song was very successful in Europe, reaching the top 5 in Belgium and Italy, and the top 15 in Denmark, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden and the Netherlands. In the UK and Ireland, it was released under the title "Think About the Way ", which it refers to the first words of the first verse. Its music video was directed by Giacomo de Simone.
"Club Bizarre" is a song recorded by German dance music act U96, released in February 1995 as the second single from the album of the same name (1995). It was a hit in several countries, although it was not as successful as the act's previous single, "Love Religion", but became a top twenty hit in the Netherlands, Sweden and Austria. On the Eurochart Hot 100, the single peaked at number 28 in April 1995. It features uncredited vocals by Skadi Lange.

"Let This Feeling" is a song by Dutch TV host, singer and MTV VJ Simone Angel, who also co-wrote it. Produced by Italian Eurodance act Cappella, it was released in 1993 and became a European hit, peaking at number three in Finland, number 15 in Switzerland and number 17 in Austria. On the Eurochart Hot 100, the song reached number 51 in January 1994. Outside Europe, "Let This Feeling" was successful in israel, peaking at number eight.

Co-written and co-produced by BoBo, the song was very successful in Europe, reaching number-one in Finland, number two in Germany, and number three in Switzerland. Additionally, "Everybody" was a top 10 hit in Iceland and the Netherlands, peaking at number eight and ten, respectively. The female vocals are performed by Jennifer Rüesch. The music video for the song was directed by Giacomo de Simone and filmed in Italy.
"Follow the Rules'" is a song recorded by Italian electronic music group Livin' Joy featuring American singer Tameko Star. It was released in 1996 by MCA as the third single from the group's only album, Don't Stop Movin (1996). The song, written by Star with producer brothers Visnadi, was the follow-up to "Don't Stop Movin'", which had been a number-one hit in Italy. The new single peaked at number three on the Italian singles chart, number nine in the UK and number twelve in Finland. It can be described as an anthemic dance track based around the message of following your dreams and making them come true. In style it was similar to its predecessor, but with a heavier piano house/organ sound.

The accompanying music video for "Baby Boy" was directed by Danish artist Peter Ravn. It featured Me & My dressed like cats, rabbits and nuns. Pan-European magazine Music & Media described the song as "equally up-tempo and infectious" as "Dub-I-Dub". In 2007, the song was included on the act's best of album The Ultimate Collection.
