MIN-117 is an investigational antidepressant which is under development by Minerva Neurosciences for the clinical treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD). It is described as a 5-HT1A and 5-HT2A receptor antagonist and inhibitor of serotonin and dopamine reuptake, and is also reported to possess affinity for the α1A- and α1B-adrenergic receptors. As of May 2015, MIN-117 is in phase II clinical trials for MDD. In December 2019, Minerva announced that MIN-117 was no longer in clinical development for MDD after disappointing results in a phase IIb trial.

Roluperidone (former developmental code names MIN-101, CYR-101, MT-210) is a 5-HT2A and σ2 receptor antagonist that is under development by Minerva Neurosciences for the treatment of schizophrenia. One of its metabolites also has some affinity for the H1 receptor. As of May 2018, the drug is in phase III clinical trials. In May 2020, the shares of Minerva Neurosciences plummeted 67% after the trial "failed to meet its primary endpoint of reduction in negative symptoms, and key secondary endpoints of improvement in personal and social performance measurements".

RoundGlass Punjab Football Club is an Indian professional football club based in Mohali, Punjab. The club competes in the I-League, the top flight of Indian football. Established in 2005, the club was founded as Minerva Academy before rebranding to Minerva Punjab after being accepted into the I-League. In 2019, the club rebranded again as Punjab FC. In April 2020, owner Ranjit Bajaj sold the club to RoundGlass Sports Pvt Ltd, who rebranded the club again to its current name. The club has won the I-League title once, in 2017–18, their second season in the league.
