Globalworth Tower, [1] known previously as Bucharest One, is a class A office building that is located in the northern part of Bucharest, Romania, in the vicinity of Calea Floreasca, Barbu Văcărescu Boulevard and Pipera. The building has a total of 26 floors and a gross leasable area of 54,700 m2 (589,000 sq ft). The 118 m (387 ft) high building [2] is the second tallest in Bucharest and Romania just under the 137 m (449 ft) Floreasca City Center's Sky Tower. [3] The construction of the building started in 2014 and was completed in 2015 at a total cost of €60 million. [4]

The Palace of the Parliament, also known as the House of the Republic or People's House/People's Palace, is the seat of the Parliament of Romania, located atop Dealul Spirii in Bucharest, the national capital. The building was designed and supervised by chief architect Anca Petrescu, with a team of approximately 700 architects, and constructed over a period of 13 years (1984–97) in modernist Neoclassical architectural forms and styles, with socialist realism in mind. The Palace was ordered by Nicolae Ceaușescu (1918–1989), the president of Communist Romania and the second of two long-ruling heads of state in the country since World War II, during a period in which the personality cult of political worship and adoration increased considerably for him and his family.
Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport is an airport serving the city of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Initially known as Someșeni Airport, it is located 9 km (5.6 mi) east of the city centre, in the Someșeni area, which is now within the Cluj-Napoca city limits. The airport is named in honour of Romanian revolutionary Avram Iancu.

The Nusco Tower is a class A office building located in Bucharest near the Aurel Vlaicu metro station at the intersection of Barbu Văcărescu street and Şoseaua Pipera. The building has a total of 20 floors and a floor area of 34,000 square metres (370,000 sq ft). The tower has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 17,000 m2 (180,000 sq ft). In August 2010 the American multinational computer technology company Oracle Corporation leased nearly 40% or 7,000 m2 (75,000 sq ft) of the tower.
Asmita Gardens is a residential complex located in Bucharest. The complex has a total surface of 70,000 m2 (750,000 sq ft) and is formed by a total of seven towers, five of which have a height of 16 floors, one tower with a height of 20 floors, and one tower with a height of 25 floors. Floreasca is a district in Bucharest, Romania, in Sector 2. Its name comes from Lake Floreasca, which is situated in the north of the neighborhood. The Floreasca Hospital is also situated in the neighborhood, in its southern part. Floreasca is considered an upper class area.

The company was established in 2008 after Ford's purchase of Daewoo Automobile Romania. In 2022, the Ford Romania company was purchased by Ford Otosan and changed its name to Ford Otosan Romania SRL.
Euro Tower is a class A office building and the first Green building in Bucharest, awarded the BREEAM Post Construction Green Certificate. It has 18 floors and a floor area of 18,000 metres (59,000 ft). At a height of 92 metres (302 ft), the construction was finished in 2010.
The Colectiv nightclub fire was a fire in Bucharest, Romania, on 30 October 2015, which killed 64 people and injured 146. The nightclub fire was caused by a fireworks accident, both being the deadliest in Romanian history. It occurred during a free concert performed by the metalcore band Goodbye to Gravity to celebrate the release of their new album, Mantras of War. The band's pyrotechnics, consisting of sparkler firework candles, ignited the club's flammable polyurethane acoustic foam, and the fire spread rapidly. Most of the victims were poisoned by toxins released from the burning foam. Overwhelmed by the high number of victims, Romanian authorities transferred some of the seriously injured to hospitals in Israel, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, the United Kingdom, Norway, Germany and France. Mass protests over the corruption linked to the fire led to the resignation of the Prime Minister of Romania, Victor Ponta.
The Mark, is a class A office building that is constructed in the north-western part of Bucharest in the vicinity of the Bucharest North railway station. The building has a total of 15 floors with three underground, one ground and 14 upground floors and a gross leasable area of 24,000 m2 (260,000 sq ft). At completion the 70 m (230 ft) high building is one of the tallest in Bucharest. The construction of the building started in March 2016 and was finished in 2019 at a total cost of €66 million.
The Orhideea Towers, is a class A office building complex constructed in the western part of Bucharest in the vicinity of the Politehnica University of Bucharest. The complex comprises two office buildings, one 17 floors, 85 m (279 ft) tall and the other 13 floors, 64 m (210 ft) with a total gross leasable area of 37,000 m2 (400,000 sq ft). At completion the 85 m (279 ft) high building complex will be one of the tallest in Bucharest. The construction of the building started in October 2015 and was completed in the first quarter of 2019 at a total cost of €75 million.
Promenada Mall Bucharest is a shopping center located in Romania. It was developed by investment firm Raiffeisen Evolution and inaugurated on 17 October 2013, after a 130 million euro investment. Promenada is the first mall opened in bucharest after the financial crisis in 2007–2009, construction began in January 2012 and lasted 22 months.
The Monaco Towers are a residential building complex in Bucharest, Romania consisting of two twin towers completed in 2009 standing at 76 m (249 ft) tall with 20 floors each. They share the seventeenth place in the top of the tallest buildings in Bucharest.
