Guiyang railway station is a railway station in Nanming District, Guiyang, Guizhou, China. It is also a stop on Line 1 of the Guiyang Metro.
This station handles all conventional or low-speed passenger trains that serve Guiyang. High-speed trains use Guiyang North and/or Guiyang East.
The station was opened in 1959. [1] The station was demolished and rebuilt in 2000, the new building was opened on 30 December. [2]
Guiyang is the capital of Guizhou province of the People's Republic of China. It is located in the center of the province, situated on the east of the Yunnan–Guizhou Plateau, and on the north bank of the Nanming River, a branch of the Wu River. The city has an elevation of about 1,100 meters (3,600 ft). It has an area of 8,034 square kilometers (3,102 sq mi). At the 2020 census, its population was 5,987,018, out of whom 4,506,134 lived in the six urban districts.

Guanshanhu District, formerly the Jinyang New Area, is one of 6 urban districts of the prefecture-level city of Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou Province, in Southwest China. Located to the northwest of Guiyang's city centre, Guanshanhu District is situated beyond the city's mountains on high-plains interspersed with rolling hills, at an average altitude of 1,200 metres (3,900 ft). The district spans an area of 309.48 square kilometres (119.49 sq mi), and has a population of 642,634 as of 2020.
The Shapingba railway station is a railway station of Chengyu Passenger Railway that is located in Shapingba District of Chongqing, People's Republic of China. It was originally opened in 1979 serving ground-level tracks and has been operated as part of China Railway's Chengdu Bureau. In 1988, it was renamed as Chongqing North Railway Station, but reverted to the Shapingba name when another new station in Yubei District was opened as Chongqing North railway station. Serving only conventional services, the station was closed in 2011 for a major renovation and as part of an expansion of the Three Gorges Plaza commercial development. It was redeveloped as a fully Integrated Transport Hub, serving high-speed and conventional rail, metro rail services, local city buses, taxi services and personal cars, all within a major commercial and retail complex. The railway station section of this project was reopened on 25 January 2018 and the final retail and commercial development was completed on 30 December 2020. It should not be confused with the larger Chongqing West railway station, which is also located in Shapingba District, and opened on the same day.
Fuzhounan Railway Station is a metro station and a railway station located in Cangshan District, Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China, along the Wenzhou–Fuzhou railway and Fuzhou–Xiamen railway operated by the CR Nanchang, part of the China Railway Corporation. The Jinhua–Wenzhou railway, also known as the Jinwen line, is a railway in Zhejiang Province, China, connecting Jinhua and Wenzhou. It is the first railway with the investment from a joint venture, between Chinese government-owned corporations and privately held companies in mainland China. The construction of this 252-kilometer (157 mi)-long rail line began on December 18, 1992, and it was opened on June 11, 1998. Upon the completion of its construction, all of the share owned by private shareholders has been transferred to state-own corporations. The railway is now under the supervision of CR Shanghai.

Xi'an railway station is one of the two main passenger railway stations of Xi'an, the capital of China's Shaanxi Province. Located on the Longhai Railway and just to the north of Xi'an's historical walled city, the station had long been the main train station for the Xi'an metropolitan area. With the opening of Xi'an North railway station on the northern outskirts of the city in 2011, most of the high-speed services, including the G- and D-series trains of the Zhengzhou–Xi'an high-speed railway, have been transferred to the new station. Xi'an railway station remains the main station for all conventional rail service in the city, including the overnight Z-series expresses, T-series express trains, and all slower services.
Beijing Fengtai railway station is a railway station located in the Fengtai District of Beijing. It was renamed from Fengtai railway station to Beijing Fengtai railway station in 2021. The new railway station opened on 20 June 2022.
Guiyang–Guangzhou high-speed railway, also known as the Guiguang HSR, is a high-speed railway line in southern China between Guiyang in Guizhou Province and Guangzhou in Guangdong Province. The railway is dedicated to high speed passenger rail service. The line is 856 km (532 mi) in length and can carry trains at speeds of up to 250 km/h (155 mph). The line was built from 2008 to 2014 and opened on December 26, 2014.

The Guiyang–Kaiyang intercity railway is a higher-speed railway within Guizhou province, connecting the provincial capital of Guiyang to Kaiyang. It starts at Guiyang North station, travelling 62 km (39 mi) north-east to Kaiyang station.

Zhaoqing East railway station is a railway station in Yong'an, Dinghu District, Zhaoqing, Guangdong, China. It is an intermediate station on the Guiyang–Guangzhou high-speed railway. It opened on 26 January 2015. The station has four island platforms and one side platform. It is situated adjacent and perpendicular to Dinghu East railway station and a walkway is provided for transfer between the two stations.
