Gunn Marit Helgesen (born 30 October 1958) is a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party.
Helgesen served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway during the terms 1993–1997, 1997–2001, 2001–2005, 2005–2009 and 2009–2013. In total she met during 68 days of parliamentary session. [1] From 1995 to 2003 she was deputy county mayor of Telemark, and from 2003 she was county mayor. [2] After the 2011 Norwegian local elections the local centre-right alliance was dissolved, and Terje Riis-Johansen became county mayor of a new centre-left coalition. [3] She succeeded Halvdan Skard in December 2013 as chair of the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities. [4]
She is also president of the North Sea Commission. [2] and a board member of Kommunal Landspensjonskasse. [5]
Utsira is the least populous municipality in Norway. The island municipality is located in northwestern Rogaland county, just off the western coast of Norway. Utsira is part of the traditional district of Haugaland.
Marit Arnstad is a Norwegian lawyer and politician for the Centre Party. She is currently the party's parliamentary leader since 2014, having previously held the office from 2003 to 2005. Inge Ryan is a Norwegian politician for the Socialist Left Party. From 2009 to 2017, he was County Governor of Nord-Trøndelag. Ryan was mayor of Namsskogan Municipality from 1991 to 1995, and was a member of the Parliament of Norway from 2001 to 2009, the last four years as his party's parliamentary leader.

A native of Sør-Varanger Municipality, she served between 2003 and 2005 as the County Mayor of the northernmost Finnmark county. From 2005 to 2009 she served as Minister of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs, becoming the youngest member of the Labour-led Red-Green Coalition headed by Jens Stoltenberg.

He represented Hedmark in the Norwegian Parliament from 2009 to 2013, where he was elected to deputise for Knut Storberget, who was appointed to a government position. He previously served as a deputy representative from 2005 to 2009, during which he deputised for Storberget.
