Harrison Sullivan (born 6 October 2002), known professionally as HSTikkyTokky, is a British social media personality, rapper, and influencer boxer from Essex, England. [1] He rose to prominence through fitness content on TikTok and has since expanded into music and boxing Ben Azelart, achieving two UK Top 40 singles. [2] [3] In March 2024, Sullivan was involved in a car collision, leaving the country for over a year whilst police wanted him for arrest; in October 2025, Sullivan pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving without insurance, with a suspended sentence being handed in November 2026. Early life and education

Sullivan was born in Essex, England, on 6 October 2002. He reportedly attended or attends the University of Birmingham. He began sharing fitness content on social media at age 16. [5]

Sullivan built his following as a fitness influencer across multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, where he shares workout content and lifestyle videos. [6] His online persona has been characterized by controversy and confrontational behavior with other content creators.

Music career

Sullivan has released music under the name HSTikkyTokky, achieving notable commercial success in the UK charts. His debut single "Hold This," featuring J Fado and produced by DMC Beats, was released on 4 August 2022 and peaked at number 31 on the UK Singles Chart, spending five weeks on the chart. [7] [8]

His second charting single, "Twust," a collaboration with content creator General G (George Elliot), was released on 20 April 2023. The song went viral on TikTok and debuted at number 16 on the UK Singles Chart Update before peaking at number 21 on the Official UK Singles Chart, where it spent three weeks. [9] [10] [11] According to the Official Charts Company, Sullivan has achieved two UK Top 40 hits as of 2024.

Boxing career

Sullivan made his boxing debut at Misfits Boxing 17 in Dublin on 31 August 2024, facing former Love Island contestant George Fensom. [12] He won by technical knockout in the first round after dropping Fensom three times, with the final knockdown coming from a left hook. [13] [14] The fight was preceded by a contentious build-up featuring physical altercations during the press conference and weigh-in.

Following his victory, Sullivan was involved in a post-fight altercation with a fan in the crowd, during which he threw punches and attempted to throw a chair before being separated by security. [12] [15] Sullivan later explained that the incident occurred after someone challenged him to a fight and swung at him first.

Sullivan was originally scheduled to face Tayo Ricci at Misfits Boxing 12 in January 2024, but the bout was cancelled. [16] He was also scheduled to fight at a Misfits Boxing event in August 2024 but was matched against Fensom instead. In November 2024, Sullivan withdrew from a scheduled bout against Moziah "Mosai Warrior" Pinder at a Misfits Boxing event in Qatar due to an undisclosed injury, with promoter Mams Taylor stating medical clearance was pending. Prior to his professional debut, Sullivan engaged in an informal sparring session with controversial influencer Andrew Tate, who had accepted Sullivan's challenge. Tate, a former kickboxer, dominated the unofficial bout.

Personal life

Sullivan's real name is Harrison Sullivan, and he was 22 years old as of August 2024. He maintains friendships with other content creators, including Ed Matthews.

In March 2024, Sullivan became subject to a police manhunt after allegedly fleeing from officers following a traffic stop. He was driving a purple McClaren at more than 71mph on the single-carriageway A30, which has a 40mph speed limit, when it crashed with another vehicle. Sullivan was extradited from Spain to the UK after being arrested on unrelated matters, the court was told. On 24 October 2025, Sullivan pleaded guilty to dangerous driving. [18] On 14 November 2025, Sullivan was handed a one-year suspended custodial sentence; [19] a hearing will take in January 2026 to decide how much Sullivan must pay to Surrey Police and the Crown Prosecution Service for the additional costs involved in pursuing him abroad. The prosecution has applied for £18,049.47 to be paid to Surrey Police for a chartered flight to bring Sullivan back to the UK. [20]
