Hamid Reza Gholipour (born 26 June 1988) is an Iranian wushu athlete. He is the four-time Wushu World Champion. [1] Gholipour received a four-year ban after testing positive for the anabolic steroid nandrolone, starting in October 2019, and disqualified from the 15th World Wushu Championships in Shanghai, and the results at the competition forfeited. Sanda, formerly Sanshou, is the official Chinese boxing full-contact combat sport. Sanda is a fighting system which was originally developed by the Chinese military based upon the study and practices of traditional Chinese martial arts and modern combat fighting techniques; it combines boxing and full-contact kickboxing, which includes close range and rapid successive punches and kicks, with wrestling, takedowns, throws, sweeps, kick catches, and in some competitions, even elbow and knee strikes.

The 2008 Beijing Wushu Tournament was a wushu competition which was held from August 21 to 24, 2008 at the Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium in Beijing, China. The tournament was organised by the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games (BOCOG), the International Wushu Federation (IWUF), and the Chinese Wushu Association (CWA), and was held in tandem with the 2008 Summer Olympics.
Hossein Ojaghi is a former competitive wushu athlete and sanshou fighter from Iran. He has had an impressive run as a competitive wushu athlete from the late 1990s to the late 2000s and won medals in the Asian Games and the 2008 Beijing Wushu Tournament.
Ijaz Ahmed is an international wushu competitor from Pakistan. He won a silver medal at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China.He won a gold medal at 2006 South Asian Games in Colombo, Sri Lanka. He is the only silver medalist from Pakistan in any martial arts at the Asian Games.

Mohsen Mohammadseifi is an Iranian Mixed Martial Artist and wushu athlete. He won the gold medal at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou and 2014 Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea. He won the 1st place at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia. He won 5 wushu world championships gold medals between 2011 and 2019. Mohammadseifi is currently competing in Brave Combat Federation. He has been appointed as the new head of the Wushu Board in the city of Zanjan, Iran.
Zahra Kiani is a wushu taolu athlete from Iran. She is a four-time world junior champion and a silver medalist at the Asian Games.
Ebrahim Fathi oregani is an Iranian wushu athlete. Ebrahim Fathi with his two teammates of Iran Duilian group, Mohsen Ahmadi and Navid Makvandi, have attended several world championship events and introduced Iran as the first contender of this sub-division in Wushu world.
Erfan Ahangarian is an Iranian wushu athlete. He won the gold medal at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia. He won gold medal at the 2019 World Wushu Championships in Shanghai in the men's Sanda 60 kg category.
The 2023 World Wushu Championships was the 16th edition of the World Wushu Championships. It was held at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas, United States, from November 16 to 20, 2023.

He also won a bronze medal in men's changquan at the 2008 Beijing Wushu Tournament, a silver medal in daoshu and gunshu combined at the 2010 World Combat Games, and a bronze medal in changquan at the 2013 Islamic Solidarity Games.
Nguyễn Thúy Hiền is a retired Vietnamese wushu taolu athlete. She is the most renowned wushu athlete of all time, having been a seven-time world champion. Due to her numerous achievements, she was voted as the best Vietnamese female athlete of the 20th century.
Sedigheh Daryaei is an Iranian wushu athlete who competes in the sanda division. From the age of 21, she managed to pursue her career in the senior Asian Wushu Championships and won her first Asian gold medal in the senior age category this year. Of course, before this important achievement, she was able to win a gold medal in 2009 in the Asian Youth Championship in Macau. 2 world championship medals are also visible in the career of Sedigheh Daryaei. She is also a member of Sepahan Club in the Iranian Wushu League and has a history of winning in these competitions.
Seyed Moein Taghavi, also known as Moein Taghavi, is an Iranian wushu athlete. Taghavi has a record of winning domestic competitions, Asian championships and world championships. He also won a gold medal in the Wushu World Cup and won the championship title, but due to the positive announcement of his doping test, the medal won was lost for Taghavi.
