"No Limit" is a song recorded by Belgian/Dutch Eurodance group 2 Unlimited, released in January 1993. It was their fifth single in total and the first to be released from their second album, No Limits! (1993). Co-written by the group's Ray Slijngaard and Anita Dels, the song became one of their most commercially successful singles, especially in Europe, reaching the number-one spot in 35 countries and the top 10 in several others. Like previous releases, the UK version of the single removed all of the raps from Slijngaard, leaving just Dels' vocals. One word from the rap was kept, the word 'Techno' which was looped and repeated during the middle of the song, turning the line into "Techno! Techno! Techno! Techno!" and giving the song an extra vocal hook. Its accompanying music video received heavy rotation on MTV Europe.
"Moi... Lolita" is the debut single by French singer Alizée, released in July 2000 from her debut studio album, Gourmandises (2000). The single topped the charts in Italy and Spain, while reaching the top five in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands.
"La Passion" is a song co-written and recorded by Italian DJ Gigi D'Agostino. It was released in October 2000 as the sixth single from his 1999 album L'Amour Toujours. It is a remix with some additional melodic variations of the song "Rectangle" by the French musician Jacno, which doesn't originally contain any vocals. Music producer and songwriter Carlo Montagner provides the vocals, which were heavily auto-tuned, as were many songs which followed Cher's trend during the early 2000s. D'Agostino has made various mixes for different albums. The song was a hit in Austria and Belgium, where it became a number 1 single.
"Who Wants to Live Forever" is a song by the British rock band Queen. A power ballad, it is the sixth track on the album A Kind of Magic, which was released in June 1986, and was written by lead guitarist Brian May for the soundtrack to the film Highlander. Queen was backed up by an orchestra, with orchestrations by film score composer Michael Kamen. The song peaked at No. 24 in the UK charts. In 1991, it was included in the band's second compilation album Greatest Hits II.
"Whoops Now" and "What'll I Do" are two songs by American singer-songwriter Janet Jackson from her fifth studio album, Janet (1993). They were released as a double A-side single on March 6, 1995, as the album's final single. The songs reached number one in New Zealand and peaked within the top 20 in several countries.
"Fu-Gee-La" is a song by American hip-hop trio, Fugees, released on December 13, 1995, as the lead single from their second and final album, The Score (1996). Produced by Salaam Remi, it contains a sample of "If Loving You Is Wrong " by Ramsey Lewis, while its chorus contains an interpolation of "Ooo La La La" by Teena Marie. Immediately following this is a sample of "Shakiyla (JRH)" by the Poor Righteous Teachers.
"Party Starter" is a song by American rapper Will Smith. It was released as the second single from his fourth studio album Lost and Found. The song was written by Smith alongside American rapper Ludacris, with production from Polow da Don. It was Smith's final single before he took a 12-year break in music.
"Insomnia" is a song by British musical group Faithless. Released as the band's second single, it became one of their most successful. It was originally released in 1995 and reached number 27 on the UK Singles Chart, topping the UK Dance Chart in the process. When re-released in October 1996, the song achieved a new peak of number three in the United Kingdom and topped the charts of Finland, Norway, and Switzerland, as well as the American and Canadian dance charts. It also featured on Faithless's 1996 debut album, Reverence.
"Whatever You Want" is a song performed by American recording artist Tina Turner from her ninth studio album, Wildest Dreams (1996). It was written by Arthur Baker, Fred Zarr, and Taylor Dayne and is noted for its different levels of energy and strong vocal performance, as well as its orchestral arrangement and complex production, courtesy of producer Trevor Horn.
"Summer Jam" is a song by German-Belgian dance music group The Underdog Project. Released on 24 July 2000 as the lead single from their album It Doesn't Matter, the song was considered a big hit in Europe, peaking at #3 in both Germany and Portugal, #5 in Hungary, #10 in Austria, #14 in Italy, and #17 in Switzerland. After that, the single aired on some of the most popular radio stations in the US like WPOW in Miami and New York City's WKTU.
"In the Air Tonite" is a reworking of Phil Collins' 1981 single "In the Air Tonight" recorded by American rapper Lil' Kim for the R&B/hip hop Phil Collins tribute album Urban Renewal. The song, promoted as a duet between Collins and Lil' Kim, was released in 2001 as the second single from the album. The song's accompanying music video combines scenes from the original video with new scenes featuring Lil' Kim. The single has been certified Platinum in Germany by the IFPI. And this song by Lil' Kim, has been voted by Q Magazine, as number three of the «50 best albums of all time». With the exception of the sample of the song In The Air Tonight, Phil is not present on this album.

"The X-Files" is an instrumental written and produced by American film and television composer Mark Snow. On its parent album, The Truth and the Light: Music from the X-Files, the track is titled "Materia Primoris". It is a remixed version of the original theme Snow composed for the science fiction television series The X-Files in 1993. The composition was released as a single in 1996 and achieved chart success, particularly in France, where it reached number one on the SNEP Singles Chart. The composition has since been covered by many artists, including DJ Dado and Triple X; DJ Dado's version was a major hit in Europe while Triple X's version reached number two in Australia.
"Nah Neh Nah" is a song by Belgian band Vaya Con Dios. It was released in 1990 as the first single from the band's second studio album, Night Owls. The music video consists of one single take.
"Familiar Feeling" is a song by English-Irish electronica duo Moloko. It was released on 17 February 2003 as the lead single from their fourth and final studio album Statues. The song peaked at number 10 on the UK Singles Chart and number nine in Portugal.
"I'm Raving" is a song by German group Scooter. It was released in September 1996 as the lead single from their album Wicked!. The song is based on the 1992 Shut Up and Dance track "Raving I'm Raving", which is itself based significantly on the 1991 single "Walking in Memphis" by Marc Cohn. Several lyrics were altered including the line "I'm walking in Memphis" becoming "I'm raving, I'm raving".
"Angel" is a song by American singer Lionel Richie. It was written by Richie, Paul Barry, and Mark Taylor for his sixth studio album Renaissance (2000), while production was helmed by Brian Rawling and Taylor. Island Def Jam released "Angel" as the album's lead single in October 2000. Richie's highest-charting success in years, it reached the top ten in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, and on the US Billboard Adult Contemporary chart, while peaking at number 18 on the UK Singles Chart.
"Million Miles from Home" is a 1996 song by German band Dune, released on the group's second album, Expedicion (1996). It is sung by Verena von Strenge and peaked at number 10 in the Netherlands and number 17 in Germany. Additionally, it reached number 39 in Switzerland and number 40 in Sweden. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it peaked at number 61 in October 1996. A music video was produced to promote the single. It sees von Strenge alone on a planet in the outer space.
