Hands was an American Christian metal band from Fargo, North Dakota, United States. The band started making music in 2007, with lead vocalist and guitarist Shane Ochsner, lead guitarist Ian Johnson, bass guitarist Chris Schwartz, and drummer Josh Silbernagel. Jerik Hendrickson became the band's lead guitarist in 2010, but he has since left the band, with Shane Ochsner taking over lead guitar duties. The band released one extended play, The Everlasting, independently in 2007. Their first studio album, The Sounds of Earth, was released by Oort Records in 2009. The band signed with Facedown Records, where they released Creator, a studio album, in 2009. The third studio album, Give Me Rest , was released in 2011, also on Facedown Records. The band reunited in 2017 for Facedown Fest 2017. [1]

Hands was a Christian metal band from Fargo, North Dakota. [2] Their members at its inception in 2007, were lead vocalist and guitarist, Shane Ochsner, lead guitarist Jerik Hendrickson, bass guitarist Chris Schwartz, and drummer Josh Silbernagel. [3] Their lead guitarist became Ian Johnson in 2010, yet he is no longer with the group as Shane Ochsner is the present lead guitarist. [3]

Music history

The band commenced as a musical entity in 2007, with their first release, The Everlasing, an extended play, that they released independently in 2007. [3] They released a studio album, The Sounds of Earth, on February 24, 2009, with Oort Records. [4] They signed to Facedown Records, where they released another studio album, Creator, on July 21, 2009. [5] Their third studio album, Give Me Rest , released by Facedown Records on July 5, 2011. Everything in Slow Motion (EISM) is an American music project by former Hands frontman Shane Ochsner from Fargo, North Dakota. The project began in February 2012, and he signed with Facedown Records soon thereafter. EISM first released a studio EP entitled Red in late 2012, and his first studio album entitled Phoenix that released in late 2013. The latter got the project commercial successes and critical acclaim.

In 2013, the band came out with a studio album called Unholy Anger. Their second studio album was issued in 2014, titled Death Sentence. Their third and Final album, State of Mind, was released in 2016.

Your Memorial was an American metalcore band from Hennepin County, Minnesota. The group is currently under contract with Facedown Records. Its debut studio album, Seasons, was released in 2008. In 2010, the band released its second studio album, Atonement. Its third studio album, Redirect, was released in 2012. On May 9 in 2017 the band announced that they were disbanding.

Julian Drive are an American contemporary Christian music and Christian alternative rock band from Athens, Georgia, and they were formed in 2002. Their members are Shane Bowers, Tyler Ivory, & David Sosebee. Their debut album came on the heals of winning the 2004 Exalting Him Talent competition and they released singles, "Famous" and "Any Way the Wind Blows" with Daywind Records. Their follow up,My Coming Day, came with Inpop Records, in 2009. This saw the single album breakthrough on the Billboard magazine charts, and the song, "The Reason", place on the Christian Songs chart. Their single, "From Your Hands" also received favorable reviews.

The Burial are an American Christian metalcore/melodic death metal band. Members are from South Bend, Indiana, Benton Harbor, Michigan and Champaign, Illinois. The band started making music in 2005. The band now consists of lead vocalist and guitarist, Elisha Mullins, lead guitarist, Todd Hatfield, drummer, Kaleb Luebchow, and bass guitarist, Alex Poole. The band released one EP, Age of Deceit, in 2009 with Sancrosanct Records. They signed with Strike First Records, where they released, The Winepress, a studio album, in 2010. The band started making music in 2011, with members, lead vocalist, Lazarus Rios, lead guitarist, Alfredo Tovar, bass guitarist, JC Villareal, and drummer, Elijah Martinez. They signed with Facedown Records, where they released, Now We Are Free, a studio album, in 2012. Their second album, Indomitable, released by Facedown Records in 2013. Leaders disbanded on June 27, 2015.

Attalus is an American Christian rock band from Raleigh, North Carolina. The band started making music in 2010, with members, lead vocalist and keyboardist, Seth Davey, guitarist and background vocalist, Evan King, drummer, Adam King, bassist and background vocalist, Chris Sierra, and guitarist, John Sierra. The band released one extended play, The Greater Tide, independently, in 2010. Their next release, an album, Post Tenebras Lux, was released independently, in 2011. The band started making music in 2010, with members, lead vocalist, Canaan Smith, guitarists, Seth Munson and Brock Williams, bass guitarist Mike Searle, and drummer, Ben Reno. Inked in Blood was an American Christian metalcore and melodic hardcore group. They come from Portland, Oregon. The band started making music in 2001 and disbanded in 2007. Their first show was December 2001 in Portland, OR with Knives Out. The band released two demos, one extended play, Awakening Vesuvius, in 2004. Their first studio album, Lay Waste the Poets, was released by Facedown Records, in 2005. The subsequent studio album, Sometimes We Are Beautiful, was released by Facedown Records, in 2007, as their final recording.

Sleep for Sleepers were an American Christian alternative rock band, also defined as an alternative rock and indie rock band. The band formed in Whittier, California in 2004. The current lineup consists of vocalist and guitarist Jamey Price and drummer Chad Jordan, the latter of whom joined in mid-2013. The original lineup consisted of guitarist Chris Kellogg, bassist Jamey Price, and drummer Jeff Darcy.

Legacy is the third studio album by Hope for the Dying. Facedown Records released the album on March 4, 2016, as the band's third release with the label, with their first being Dissimulation, that released in 2011.

Poured Out are an American metalcore band from Hollywood, Maryland, and they started making music together in 2014, playing hardcore punk and metalcore. They have released one extended play, Blind Heart (2016), with Facedown Records.
