Hanneke Niens is a Dutch Oscar nominated television and film producer and owner and CEO of the production company KeyFilm [1] (2008 - present). She incidentally guest tutored at the Netherlands Film Academy and the international audiovisual organization EAVE.

During her career Hanneke Niens won numerous awards both as producer and with her companies. [2] [3] Notable awards are the Golden Calf Best long feature film for De Tweeling (Twin sisters) (2003), [4] an Academy Award nomination Best foreign language film for De Tweeling (2004) [5] and the Prix Europa Television Programme of the Year for the telemovie De uitverkorene (The Chosen One) (2006). [6] In 2007 Pierre Bokma won an International Emmy Award for his role in this movie. [7] Box office hits Soof, Soof 2 and Soof 3 were all awarded the Platinum Film. [8] In 2018 her international co-production The Reports on Sarah and Saleem won the Special Jury Award for Best Scenario and the HBF Audience Award on the International Film Festival Rotterdam. [9]
Her films have been selected for the international A-festivals Hot Docs, IDFA, Berlinale, San Sebastián, Toronto, Venice and Rotterdam.
Hanneke is member of the European Producers Club, European Film Academy and of the Supervisory Board of the International Film Festival Rotterdam. From 2004 to 2010, she was board member of Film Producers Netherlands (now NAPA).

The production company has built up an extensive international network of co-producers and financers. This resulted in collaborations with ITVS, Eurimages, the British Film Institute, Chios Investments, Al Jazeera and Netflix.

Hans de Wolf is a Dutch television, documentary and film producer. He is also a guest tutor at the Netherlands Film Academy and the Maastricht Academy of Dramatic Arts. From 1990 onwards he was producer at production company Egmond Film & Television, winner of the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film at the 68th Academy Awards with the film Antonia's Line. From 2008 until 2021 he was the co-founder and producer of production company KeyFilm together with Hanneke Niens.

Arne Toonen is a Dutch film director. Several of his films won the Golden Film and Platinum Film awards.
