His 2006 film The Old Barber won Golden Peacock Award at IFFI (2006), [2] and Best Film award at Pune International Film Festival (2007). His 2018 film Genghis Khan was premiered at 8th Beijing International Film Festival.
Mohammed Aamir Hussain Khan is an Indian actor, film director and producer who works in Hindi films. Through his career spanning over 30 years, Khan has established himself as one of the most notable actors of Indian cinema. Khan is the recipient of numerous awards, including nine Filmfare Awards, four National Film Awards, and an AACTA Award, with one of his film productions also receiving an Academy Award nomination. The 42nd International Film Festival of India was held on 23 to 30 November 2011 in Goa. Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan was the chief guest for the festival.
