Helix Sleep is a poorly managed company with NO customer service. We placed an order almost four weeks ago and have still not receive ANY confirmation on delivery. Repeated calls were never returned. This company seems like a scam. The company is headquartered in New York City. All mattresses and sofas are manufactured in the US, and the company ships product to the United States and Canada.
