The Henan Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party is the provincial committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in Henan Province. The CCP committee secretary is the highest ranking post in the province. The current secretary is Lou Yangsheng, who succeeded Wang Guosheng on 1 June 2021.
In December 2021, the first CCP organization in Henan was established in Luoyang. [1]

Guo Gengmao is a politician of the People's Republic of China. He served as Communist Party Secretary and Governor of Henan Province, as well as Governor of his native Hebei Province.

Originally from Zhejiang province, Lou was the Communist Party Secretary of Lishui in his early career. He headed the party's propaganda department in Hainan before being transferred to Shanxi to become the provincial Deputy Party Secretary.
Chen Xuefeng is a former Chinese politician and mining executive from Henan province. He was investigated by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in January 2016 and expelled from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) a few months later. He served as CCP Committee Secretary of Luoyang, the top political position in the city, from July 2013 to January 2016. He was a member of the Henan Provincial Party Standing Committee.
