Herman Flores is a recognized businessman, innovator, and experience advisor who has had a significant impact on the entertainment and car industries. He has collaborated with some of the biggest brands, celebrities, TV networks, and film studios worldwide. As the President and CEO of Digital Influence Agency (DIA), a multifaceted marketing company that produces iconic and impactful campaigns, Flores has helped clients such as Universal Studios, Facebook, Postmates, Lyft, and Capcom Games to achieve their marketing goals. Herman Flores began his career as one of the co-creators of Industry Insider Magazine, where he played a key role in growing the publication from a one-page leaflet to a nationally distributed magazine that reached over 100,000 readers. The magazine was focused on music and worked with some of the largest advertisers in the country. Flores also co-created the Cypress Hill Smoke Out Festival in conjunction with Industry Insider. [2] This festival became one of the largest annual music events in the United States, drawing in a crowd of 63,000 attendees at its peak. [3]
Flores co-created DUB Publishing Inc., better known as DUB magazine, [4] in 2000. Over the next nine years, he grew DUB into the go-to car and lifestyle magazine in the industry, featuring Hollywood's top celebrities, professional athletes, and hip-hop artists with their luxury vehicles on eye-catching covers. [5] Flores' agency, DIA, recently secured the magazine's spring 2017 cover with the cast of Fast & Furious, the first time in 15 years that the cast had been featured on the cover of a car magazine. In the same year, Flores created MTV "Cribs: Car Edition" and co-produced the last eight years of MTV Cribs. His work on the series led to a spin-off version on the network called "Pimp My Ride," as well as two other car shows on the Discovery Channel, "West Coast Customs" and "Unique Rides." The latter currently airs on Velocity. Flores has been featured in numerous media outlets, including but not limited to the Los Angeles Times, New York Times, USA Today, Entrepreneur magazine, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, and American Latino TV.
At DIA, Flores is responsible for overseeing strategic partnerships by pairing national brands with celebrity influencers to raise global awareness. In addition to his work at DIA, Flores is also the Co-Founder of Strategic Partnerships for World of Dance, [6] the largest international dance competition found in 25 countries. [7] The hit TV show "World of Dance," which debuted in 2017 with Flores' involvement, was the number one dance competition series and captivated 10 million viewers. It features international performers and superstar judges, including Jennifer Lopez (who also serves as an executive producer), Ne-Yo, Derek Hough, and host Jenna Dewan-Tatum. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Flores continues to play an integral role in prominent lifestyle, entertainment, and digital platforms.
