High Highs are an indie rock band from Sydney, Australia, formed by Jack Milas and Oli Chang in 2010.
In October 2011, the group released their first, eponymous EP through Small Plates Records/Rocket Music. In January 2013, High Highs released their debut album "Open Season" via Fine Time/Sony Music. The band toured extensively in support of the album, playing the Laneway Festival Australia in January 2013, and toured throughout the US with Vampire Weekend, Sky Ferreira, How To Dress Well, Stars and Oh Land. On May 30/31, 2013, High Highs joined Empire of the Sun for two nights at the Sydney Opera House as part of VIVID Festival. [1] [2] [3]
The band's music has been featured in various films and advertisements. Their song "Open Season" featured in major commercials for Amazon Kindle and Pacífico Beer. [4] It also featured in the 2012 comedy film Pitch Perfect , as well as the 2015 romantic comedy Sleeping With Other People. will.i.am sampled "Flowers Bloom" for his song "Good Morning".
Their second album, entitled "Cascades" was released on February 5, 2016.
Since 2017, Jack Milas and Oli Chang have been releasing solo songs, both announced on High Highs' social media profiles. [5] [6] In October, they said they'd work on their solo projects alongside the band. [7] After one year of silence, their website was taken down. The domain name is now up for sale. [8]

Perry Farrell is an American singer, songwriter and musician, best known as the frontman of the alternative rock band Jane's Addiction. Farrell created the touring festival Lollapalooza as a farewell tour for Jane's Addiction in 1991; it has since evolved into an annual destination festival. Farrell continues to produce Lollapalooza with partners William Morris Agency and C3 Presents. Farrell has also led the alternative rock groups Porno for Pyros and Satellite Party.

Blackfield is a collaborative music project by the English musician and founder of Porcupine Tree, Steven Wilson, and Israeli rock singer Aviv Geffen. Together, six albums have been released under the moniker. The first two records, Blackfield and Blackfield II, saw Geffen and Wilson working together as equal partners, while the third and fourth, Welcome to my DNA and Blackfield IV, saw Geffen take on a leading role, writing all but one track across both albums and providing a significantly increased share of lead vocals. Despite initially announcing his intention to leave the project in 2014, Wilson instead worked again as an equal partner on a fifth album, Blackfield V, which was released on 10 February 2017. A sixth record, For the Music, was released on 4 December 2020, with Geffen again taking a leading role.

All That Remains is an American heavy metal band from Springfield, Massachusetts, formed in 1998. They have released nine studio albums, a live CD and DVD, and have sold over a million records worldwide. The group currently consists of vocalist Philip Labonte, rhythm guitarist Mike Martin, former Diecast drummer Jason Costa, and lead guitarist Jason Richardson, with Labonte being the last remaining original member. In spite of this, the band's line-up had remained consistent from the release of 2008's Overcome until 2015's The Order of Things, spanning four albums. This line-up changed, however, in September 2015, when long-time bassist Jeanne Sagan left the band, with Patrick taking her place and then again on February 5, 2019, when the band confirmed that Jason Richardson would be joining the band to replace the deceased lead guitarist and original member, Oli Herbert. In 2021, Aaron Patrick parted ways with All That Remains to focus on his other band, Bury Your Dead.

Mother Falcon is a symphonic rock band from Austin, Texas, known for their wide-ranging instrumentation and collaborative songwriting. Formed by bandleader Nick Gregg in 2008, the group grew to include a collective of more than twenty musicians playing strings, horns, guitars, and percussion. The group was most active between 2010 and 2016, after which they scaled back and began new projects including theatrical scores and an annual music education camp. Since the release of their final album Good Luck Have Fun, released in 2015 by Universal, the band has continued to perform in the Austin area.
Vulfpeck is an American funk group founded in 2011. The band has released four EPs, six albums, several compilations, and a silent album on Spotify titled Sleepify, royalties from which funded Vulfpeck's admission-free tour in 2014. The band releases music independently through Vulf Records, which also publishes a host of other side projects by band members. The band's most recent album, Vulf Vault 005: Wong's Cafe, was released in January 2022.
