Clea Helen D'Etienne DuVall is an American actress and filmmaker. She is known for her appearances in films such as The Faculty (1998); But I'm a Cheerleader, Girl, Interrupted ; Ghosts of Mars (2001); Identity, 21 Grams ; The Grudge (2004); Zodiac (2007); and Argo (2012). She starred as Emma Borden in Lizzie Borden Took an Ax (2014) and its miniseries spinoff, The Lizzie Borden Chronicles (2015). Other television roles include Sofie on Carnivàle (2003–2005), Audrey Hanson on Heroes (2006–2007), Wendy Peyser on American Horror Story (2012–2013), Lara Cruz on Better Call Saul (2015–2017), Marjorie on Veep (2016–2019), and Sylvia on The Handmaid's Tale (2018–2022).
Tegan and Sara are a Canadian indie pop duo formed in 1998 in Calgary, Alberta. The band is led by identical twin sisters, Tegan Rain Quin and Sara Keirsten Quin. Both musicians are songwriters and multi-instrumentalists.

The lyrics for the new wave synthpop ballad were written by Sara Quin, and discuss her teenage life in the 1990s when she was unable to identify with the lives of pop culture figures and had unforeseen thoughts about her later life. Guitar chords, drums, bass guitar, synths and harmonized vocals are also played in the track.

Take My Wife is an American sitcom on the Seeso comedy subscription streaming service. The show follows former real-life couple Cameron Esposito and River Butcher as they share their lives as stand-up comics who are balancing work, relationships, and the breaking down of gender barriers. On December 19, 2016, Seeso renewed the series for a second season. On August 9, 2017, Seeso announced the shutdown of its service by the end of the year, leaving Take My Wife without a home. On March 5, 2018, it was announced that season 1 and the previously unaired season 2 were now available on iTunes (US) and would be available on the Starz app starting May 1, 2018. Take My Wife is also now available on iTunes in the UK.

Starring an ensemble cast consisting of Kristen Stewart, Mackenzie Davis, Alison Brie, Aubrey Plaza, Daniel Levy, Holland, Victor Garber, and Mary Steenburgen, the film follows a young woman who struggles to admit to her conservative parents that she is a lesbian while she and her girlfriend visit them during Christmas. DuVall has said the film is a semi-autobiographical take on her own experiences with her family.

The album contains re-recordings of unreleased demo songs that the duo recorded as teenagers, and marks a partial return to their original rock-influenced sound. The lead single, "I'll Be Back Someday", was released on July 25, 2019. The second single "Don't Believe the Things They Tell You " was released on September 20, 2019. It was released three days after the publication of their memoir, High School. Upon release, the album received generally favorable reviews.
