His First Crush is an EP recorded by Hardcore band The Bled. It was released after only two months of the band being together, on a friend's record company, Rocket Records. Only 1,000 copies were pressed, which sold quickly as interest in the band grew. [1]

A Pagan Place was an album released in June 1984 by The Waterboys. It was the first Waterboys record with Karl Wallinger as part of the band and also includes Roddy Lorimer's first trumpet solo for the band on the track "A Pagan Place".

Buckner & Garcia was an American musical duo consisting of Jerry Buckner and Gary Garcia from Akron, Ohio. Their first recording was made in 1972, when they performed a novelty song called "Gotta Hear the Beat", which they recorded as Animal Jack. Later, in 1980, they wrote a novelty Christmas song titled "Merry Christmas in the NFL", imagining sports journalist Howard Cosell as Santa Claus. The recording was credited to Willis the Guard and fictional group Vigorish. The song reached No. 82 on the Billboard charts but received solid airplay each Christmas for many years. In 1981, the duo wrote a faith-based country theme to back the poem "Footprints in the Sand", performed by Edgel Groves which reached #1 on many Country and Easy Listening radio stations. The duo also produced an extended version of the WKRP in Cincinnati theme song released on MCA Records in 1982.

The Broadways were a short-lived American punk band from Chicago, Illinois, formed in 1996 after the dissolution of the influential ska-punk band Slapstick. The latter's vocalist Brendan Kelly and trumpet player Dan Hanaway assumed the roles of bassist and guitarist, joined by Rob DePaola on drums and Chris McCaughan on guitar. All but DePaola also assumed vocal duties.

The Bled was an American post-hardcore band from Tucson, Arizona formed in 2001. They released four albums, Pass the Flask, Found in the Flood, Silent Treatment, and Heat Fetish before disbanding in 2011.

Stutterfly was a post-hardcore band formed in 2004, Stutterfly started in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, with four members: Alex Crowson (vocals), Jordan Chase, Bradyn Byron, and Craig Langerud (drums). In 2005, Jason Ciolli (guitar) joined the band, and the next year Ryan Loerke took over on drums. 2007 saw Crowson leave the band and after recruiting vocalist Charles Furney the band decided to form Secret and Whisper rather than carry on under the Stutterfly banner.

The Magnificent Moodies is the 1965 debut album by The Moody Blues, first released in the UK, and the first and only album featuring their R&B line-up of guitarist Denny Laine, bassist Clint Warwick, keyboardist Mike Pinder, flautist–percussionist Ray Thomas, and drummer Graeme Edge. Lead vocals were shared by Laine, Pinder and Thomas. The album is a collection of R&B and Merseybeat songs, including the cover of "Go Now", produced by Alex Wharton, that had been a Number 1 hit single earlier that year. For the U.S. release, on London Records, with the title of Go Now – The Moody Blues #1, four songs were replaced and the tracks re-ordered. The North American version also incorrectly titles three songs.

Neva Dinova is an indie band from Omaha, Nebraska. The band is named after the grandmother of lead singer Jake Bellows. They were initially on crank! a record company, and recorded a collaborative album with Bright Eyes entitled One Jug of Wine, Two Vessels. In April 2008, the band released their first album from Saddle Creek Records entitled You May Already Be Dreaming. Drummer Roger Lewis is also the drummer for fellow Saddle Creek band The Good Life, with whom Bellows completed a solo tour in the fall of 2016. Bellows remained a key associate with Bright Eyes in 2006 and 2007 and contributed to the album Cassadaga.

<i>The Bled</i> (EP) 2002 EP by The Bled

The Bled is a self-titled EP by hardcore band The Bled. Its four songs were pressed on one-sided 12" vinyl, released in 2002 by Ambit Records. It was a small DIY release, without much marketing attempt. Production was limited to only 666 copies, 100 of which were on translucent blood-red vinyl. The other remaining 566 were pressed on black vinyl, and placed into black or white sleeves. The album art was sprayed on and the numbers handwritten. It was recorded before current singer James Munoz joined the band.
