The National Women's Hockey League (NWHL) was a women's ice hockey league established in Canada in service from 1999 to 2007. In its final season the league was run by the Ontario Women's Hockey Association.

St. Joseph Secondary School is one of few schools in the province of Ontario to offer Pre-Advanced Placement courses starting in grade 9 while most schools offer the option of Advanced Placement (AP) level classes in grade 12. Students who graduate in any course with an AP level exam completed will earn university level credits in said course. The school is also a provider of the Business and Transportation Specialist High Skills Majors (SHSM), granting students who complete the major with a Ontario Secondary School Diploma including a recognized seal for employment opportunities after graduation.
Bluevale Collegiate Institute is a secondary school in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, run by the Waterloo Region District School Board. As of the 2019–2020 school year, Bluevale has an enrollment of 1,240 students. The school opened in 1972 under the direction of principal Robert Chilton, and vice-principal Charlie Wilson, initially with grades 9 through 11, adding grades 12, and then 13 in subsequent years. Bluevale's new school boundary took in students previously registered at Cameron Heights Collegiate Institute, Kitchener–Waterloo Collegiate, and Waterloo Collegiate Institute. As of 2022, the principal is Deborah Tyrrell.

Holy Cross Catholic Academy is a Catholic high school. It was first established in September 1986 to serve western Woodbridge, a community in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. The school currently serves grades nine through twelve. In 1990, the school celebrated its first graduating class. Archbishop Robert Clune blessed the building on May 2, 1990. The school's tenth anniversary was inaugurated with the planting of a tree at the front of the school, which is marked by way of a metal plaque. Holy Cross Catholic High School was converted to a Catholic Academy in 1998 due to pressures from the Ontario government to enhance education in technical development. Its feeder schools include St. Peter's Catholic Elementary School, St. Clement Catholic Elementary School, San Marco Catholic Elementary School, St. Margaret Mary Catholic Elementary School, and St. Angela Merici Catholic Elementary School, all in the Woodbridge area.
John Paul II Catholic Secondary School, often referred to as JPII, John Paul, or Jp; is a secondary school in London, Ontario. It is administered by the London District Catholic School Board. It is located at 1300 Oxford Street East, at the northeast corner of Oxford and Highbury Avenue, next to Fanshawe College and Robarts School for the Deaf. The property is quite large and occupies the corner of Oxford and Fanshawe.

Notre Dame College School is a Catholic high school in Welland, Ontario, Canada with classes ranging from Grade 9 to Grade 12. The school was founded by the Holy Cross Fathers, a group of Roman Catholic priests who also founded the University of Notre Dame. In the early years of the establishment, tuition was levied to students attending the school; however, the institution is now completely publicly funded. Notre Dame is currently the largest secondary school in the Niagara Region, with 1243 students. All NCDSB elementary schools in the Welland and Pelham areas are considered to be feeder schools to Notre Dame.

Craig Kielburger Secondary School, is a high school in Milton, Ontario, Canada. The two-storey school features barrier-free accessibility, a triple gym, studio/theatre, food school, technical education facilities and the IB Diploma program. This school replaces E.C. Drury High School which closed in June 2012. The school is named after Craig Kielburger who founded Free the Children. Kielburger visited the school for the grand opening October 9, 2012.
Nicholson Catholic College (NCC) is a Catholic secondary school in Belleville, Ontario, Canada. The school operates under the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board, and teaches students the Ontario Secondary School Diploma Curriculum as well as curriculum from the International Baccalaureate Programme. NCC is named after Monsignor J.F. Nicholson, V.G., P.A., with whose help and guidance a Catholic high school was first opened in Belleville. Monsignor Nicholson was the pastor of St. Michael's parish.
