Holy Cross College, Agartala, has the distinction of being the first Catholic English Medium College in the state of Tripura, Northeast India. It was founded in 2009 by the Congregation of Holy Cross and affiliated to Tripura University (a Central University) and recognized by UGC with 2 (f) and 2 (B). Also recognized by NCTE. It began to function on 8 July 2009 with the starting of classes for BA and BCA, even though the official inauguration took place on 10 August 2009.

Holy Cross College is a private Catholic institution of higher learning founded by the Congregation of Holy Cross.

Campus

The main campus of the college is in ICFAI rd, Lembuchhera, Debendrachandranagar which is 9.4 km (5.8 mi) from the High Court of Tripura.

Courses

Presently it offers undergraduate programmes in B.Sc., B.A., B.B.A., B.Com. & B.Ed. and the medium of instruction is English.
