Honningbarna (English: "The Honey Children") is a punk rock band from Kristiansand, Norway, known for performing lyrics in the local Kristiansand dialect.

Career

The band débuted in 2010 with the EP Honningbarna. In January 2011, they were named as the winners in a competition for fresh music, Årets Urørt organized by the radio station NRK P3. The winning song named Borgerskapets utakknemlige sønner ("Ungrateful sons of the bourgeoisie"). At 25th of march, in the same year, they released their debut album La alarmane gå (Sound the alarms). The debut album won in the category of rock during Spellemannprisen 2011. They were also nominated in the category Newcomer. In 2011 they played at a festival Øyafestivalen [1] and live on NRK TV campaign of 2011.

Drummer Anders Eikås died in a car accident on 31 January 2012. [2]

Madrugada is a Norwegian alternative rock band formed in the town of Stokmarknes in 1993. The key band members included Sivert Høyem (vocals), Robert Burås (guitar) and Frode Jacobsen (bass). Sigrid Terese Moldestad is a Norwegian folk singer, musician and instrumentalist who plays the fiddle. She performs solo or with Sigrid Moldestad and Band. She was also part of the duo Spindel and the trio Gamalnymalt.

Oslo Ess is a Norwegian rock/punk band from Moss with Åsmund Lande as vocalist/guitarist, Peter Larsson on guitar and Knut-Oscar Nymo on bass. Lande and Larsson used to play in another formation and launched the band. Although Oslo Ess doesn't have a permanent drummer, a number of drummers have played with the band including Håvard Takle Ohr, Steffen Skau Linnert, Tommy Akerholdt, Kim Akerholdt and Mads Golden.

Frida Ånnevik Norwegian jazz singer

Frida Ånnevik is a Norwegian jazz singer and the daughter of folk singer Tor Karseth.

Ludvig Moon is a pop-rock band from Oslo, Norway. The band started as a solo act in 2012 when Anders Magnor Killerud left Spellemannprisen-winning pop band Team Me to pursue his own music. The band released their first songs on NRK Urørt. It was with these songs that they earned Urørt Ukas title on the NRK Urørt website. In 2014 they released their first EP which was self-titled. They released their debut studio album Kin in October 2016, and their second album Vanilla in May 2020.
