The album was also No. 1 for two weeks on the Australian album chart and was listed as the No. 1 album of 1968 by Cash Box in the year-end album chart in the United States. The album features the singles "Strange Brew" and "Sunshine of Your Love", as well as their respective B-sides "Tales of Brave Ulysses" and "SWLABR".
Battles is an American experimental rock group, founded in 2002 in New York City by Ian Williams. The current line-up is a duo, composed of guitarist/keyboardist Williams and drummer John Stanier. Former members include composer/vocalist Tyondai Braxton and guitarist/bassist Dave Konopka. The band has released four studio albums to date, with the most recent Juice B Crypts being released in 2019.

All Hope Is Gone is the fourth studio album by American heavy metal band Slipknot, released on August 26, 2008 by Roadrunner Records. The album was published in two versions: the standard album in a CD case and a special edition packaged in a six-fold digipak containing three bonus tracks, a 40 page booklet, and a bonus DVD with a documentary of the album's recording. Preparation for the album began in 2007, while recording started in February 2008 in the band's home state of Iowa. Before the album's launch, Slipknot released a series of promotional images and audio samples from the album through various websites. All Hope Is Gone was considered the band's most eclectic-sounding album at the time of release, incorporating elements from their previous three. The album shows Slipknot moving away from the nu metal genre towards a groove metal style. Songs such as the opening track "Gematria " and the title track espouse the band's more brutal, death metal-influenced edge, reminiscent of songs such as "(sic)" from their debut self-titled album; slow burning, "trippy" elements such as "Gehenna", recalling "Skin Ticket" from their second album Iowa; and more tragic, sentimental tracks such as "Dead Memories" and "Snuff".
Pissed Jeans is an American hardcore punk band from Allentown, Pennsylvania. The band claims to play "loud, heavy, noisy, punk rock" and is influenced by 1980s hardcore punk and post-hardcore bands. The band has released several seven singles and five albums, and are currently signed to record label Sub Pop in Seattle.
Hannah Montana 3 is the soundtrack album for the third season of the television series Hannah Montana. Thirteen of its fourteen tracks are performed by the series' primary actress Miley Cyrus, and are credited to her titular character Hannah Montana. One of its actors Mitchel Musso contributes one song, while recording artists David Archuleta and Corbin Bleu appear as featured vocalists. In the vein of earlier soundtracks from the franchise, Hannah Montana 3 is primarily a pop rock record, which sees additional influences from teen pop and country pop musical styles.

The album covers issues related to gender relations, misogyny, and white male privilege, one critic labeling it as "preëmptive self-critique, an attempt to defang male aggression by letting it feed on itself." The band produced Why Love Now with no wave artist Lydia Lunch, who strictly controlled how the group worked on the record, and metal musician Arthur Rizk, who handled the technical aspects. Why Love Now was positively received by critics, who praised its use of uncomfortable lyrical themes, and landed at number 24 on the American Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart.
