Horse & Elephant Eatery (No Elephants Allowed): The Singles and Songles Album is a compilation album released by the band of Montreal. It was released by Bar/None Records in 2000 and contains bonus tracks and rare tracks from singles over their career.
Of Montreal is an American indie pop band from Athens, Georgia. It was founded by frontperson Kevin Barnes in 1996, named after a failed romance between Barnes and a woman "of Montreal". The band is identified as part of the Elephant 6 collective. Throughout its existence, of Montreal's musical style has evolved considerably and drawn inspiration from 1960s psychedelic pop acts.
Cherry Peel is the debut album of the Elephant 6 band of Montreal. It was released on Bar/None Records in 1997. In 1999 it was reissued with additional musical contributions and the songs remixed. All subsequent reissues contain this mix. All songs were written by Kevin Barnes.
The Bird Who Continues to Eat the Rabbit's Flower is a release by the Elephant 6 band Of Montreal. It is an extended version of their EP The Bird Who Ate the Rabbit's Flower; the first five tracks are the ones from that first effort.

Hey Stoopid is the twelfth solo studio album by American rock singer Alice Cooper, released on July 2, 1991, by Epic Records. Kevin Lawrence Barnes is the singer, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter for the indie rock group of Montreal, part of the Elephant 6 Collective. Barnes started the band and, although providing several stories as to the origin of the name, is said to have named it after a failed romance with a woman from Montreal. The group has recorded 18 full-length albums, and numerous EPs and 7" singles. Barnes' brother, David, is an artist and has designed most of the band's artwork for albums since the release of The Gay Parade.

Zoo Records was a British independent record label formed by Bill Drummond and David Balfe in 1978. Zoo was launched to release the work of the perennially struggling Liverpool band Big in Japan. The label also released two singles by Lori and the Chameleons, a Balfe and Drummond band which they formed after Big in Japan folded. Zoo Records went on to release early work from The Teardrop Explodes and Echo & the Bunnymen. The label also released the first single, "Iggy Pop's Jacket", by the Liverpool band Those Naughty Lumps.

Trevor Hall is the sixth album by Trevor Hall. The album spawned two singles, "Unity" and "Volume". It is his first major-label release since he was dropped from Geffen Records. The album features two songs that had previously been recorded for his unreleased album The Elephant's Door. "The Lime Tree" and "31 Flavors" were reworked and re-recorded, with "The Lime Tree" featuring additional vocals by Colbie Caillat. The album was produced by Marshall Altman, who also performed on several tracks. After the first week of the album's release, it had debuted at No. 199 on the Billboard 200 album chart, also debuting at No. 7 on the Billboard Heatseeker's chart. Trevor was only 22 when the album was released.
