Howard Anthony Feggins (born May 6, 1965) is an American college football coach and former player. He is the special teams coordinator and running backs coach for Hampton University, a position he has held since 2024. [1] He was the head football coach for St. Augustine's University in Raleigh, North Carolina; a position he has held in 2023. [2] Feggins played professionally as a defensive back. He spent several seasons in the National Football League (NFL), but only played during the 1989 season with the New England Patriots. Feggins played college football at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a cornerback and safety for the North Carolina Tar Heels, he totaled 169 career tackles. [3]

The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association is a college athletic conference affiliated with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division II level, whose member institutions consist entirely of historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs).
Donald André Bly is an American football coach and former player who is a defensive analyst coach for Charlotte. He played as a cornerback for 11 seasons in the NFL. He played college football for the North Carolina Tar Heels, earning All-American honors twice. Bly was selected by the St. Louis Rams in the second round of the 1999 NFL draft, and spent four seasons with the Rams, earning a Super Bowl ring with them in Super Bowl XXXIV over the Tennessee Titans. He was selected to two Pro Bowls during his four-year tenure with the Detroit Lions, and also played for the Denver Broncos and San Francisco 49ers.

Andre Maurice Waters was an American professional football player who was a safety for the Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL) from 1984 to 1995. Waters was regarded as one of the NFL's most aggressive players, serving as an integral part of one of the league's top defenses. On November 20, 2006, Waters died by suicide and was subsequently diagnosed with chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE). He is one of at least 345 NFL players to be diagnosed after death with CTE, which is caused by repeated hits to the head.
