Howl is an American sludge metal band from Providence, Rhode Island, formed in 2006. They released their debut album, Full of Hell , in May 2010. [1]
Howl signed with Relapse Records in 2009 and reissued their self-titled EP on July 21, 2009. [1] It was favorably reviewed by Decibel magazine. [2]
Howl worked with engineer Keith Souza to record their debut studio album, Full of Hell, in January 2010. [3]
In February 2010, Howl supported Skeletonwitch on their Eastern United States tour. [4] [5] Later that year in March, Howl participated in the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas. [6]
Decibel gave Full of Hell a favorable review in their May 2010 issue. [7]
Howl took part in the 2011 Metalliance Tour, which also includes Helmet, Crowbar, Saint Vitus, Kylesa, and Red Fang.
In May 2011, Howl released the music video for their single "Heavenless" off their album Full of Hell. The video was directed by Charlie Scharfman and produced by Alex Scharfman of Scharfman Productions.
Howl's second album, Bloodlines , was released on Relapse Records, April 30, 2013 in North America.

Suffocation is an American death metal band formed in 1988 in Centereach, New York, currently consisting of lead guitarist Terrance Hobbs, bassist Derek Boyer, rhythm guitarist Charlie Errigo, drummer Eric Morotti, and vocalist Ricky Myers. The band rose to prominence with their 1991 debut album Effigy of the Forgotten, which became a blueprint for death metal in the 1990s. Since then, Suffocation has recorded eight albums. These feature growled vocals with downtuned guitars, fast and complex guitar riffs and drumming, open chord notes and occasional breakdowns.
Dying Fetus is an American death metal band from Greater Upper Marlboro, Maryland, formed in 1991. Various lineup changes throughout the years have left John Gallagher as the sole remaining original member, as well as the band's driving force. According to Gallagher, the band name was chosen while the members were young and was intended to be offensive. To date, Dying Fetus has released nine studio albums.
Agoraphobic Nosebleed is an American grindcore band. Its line-up has changed often over the years, with guitarist and drum programmer Scott Hull being the only continuous member. The current line-up includes vocalist Jay Randall, and Richard Johnson of Enemy Soil and Drugs of Faith, along with John Jarvis of Pig Destroyer and Fulgora on bass guitar.

The band's name is an alternate romanisation of "língchí", a method of torture and execution originating from Imperial China that is also known as "death by a thousand cuts". The band's vocalist/guitarist Nate Newton also plays bass in Converge and guitar in Old Man Gloom. Jebb Riley formerly played bass in There Were Wires. Doomriders have toured with Coliseum and Saviours. The band began work on their third studio album in 2011 with an expected release date in 2013 through Deathwish. Doomriders released Grand Blood on October 15, 2013.

Full of Hell is the debut studio album by American sludge metal band Howl, released through Relapse Records on May 11, 2010. After signing a recording contract with Relapse Records in May 2009, Howl re-released their self-titled EP, Howl, on July 21, 2009. To promote the EP, the band toured East Coast between August and October 2009, while worked composing new songs. The band recorded Full of Hell at Machine with Magnets Studios in Pawtucket, Rhode Island with engineers Keith Souza and Seth Manchester in late December 2009. Upon finished work, guitarist and lead vocalist Vincent Hausman told Noisecreep: "The new album is, if anything, more extreme than the EP, moving from aggression to slow doom metal, through both black metal atmospheres and blues-based harmonies. We really tried to incorporate the various styles in metal we love, though never losing sight of what this band is ultimately about: the almighty riff."

Mareridt is the second studio album by Myrkur, the black metal project of Danish musician and singer-songwriter Amalie Bruun. The album was released on 15 September 2017 through Relapse Records. Mareridt was recorded between Seattle, United States and Copenhagen, Denmark, and was produced by Randall Dunn. The album's title is Danish for 'nightmare', in reference to the frequent occurrences of sleep paralysis and nightmares which provided the inspiration for much of the album. The album's release was promoted with the release of three singles: "Måneblôt", "Ulvinde", and "De tre piker". The album received widespread acclaim from music critics upon its release.
