Hymenobacter luteus is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped, aerobic and non-motile bacterium from the genus Hymenobacter which has been isolated from freshwater sediments from the Jiuxiang tourist cave in the Yunnan province in China. [1] [2] [3] [4]
