Straight No Chaser (SNC) is a professional American a cappella group that originated in 1996 at Indiana University. Originally a student group at Indiana University, they recorded a video in 1998 of a comical version of "The 12 Days of Christmas". The founding members all graduated, to be replaced by other students, in 1999. In 2007, the 1998 video went viral on YouTube, and subsequently led to a reunion of the founding members and a five-album record deal with Atlantic Records in 2008. The YouTube video has been viewed over 24 million times.
Christmas Memories is the second Christmas album and twenty-ninth studio release by American singer Barbra Streisand. It was released on October 30, 2001, by Columbia. Streisand recorded the album during July, August, and September 2001 in various recording studios throughout California and in North Vancouver. It was executive-produced by Streisand and Jay Landers, while William Ross and David Foster served as additional producers. The album contains several cover versions of various holiday songs. To promote Christmas Memories, Columbia Records released an advance sampler version of the album titled A Voice for All Seasons.

Described by the band as "a mid-tempo number" in the key of G major, "Christmas Lights" was released to positive reviews and later named one of the best Christmas songs of the 21st century by Cleveland. It was released to the US on October 30 by Elektra Records. Green's versions of "Mary, Did You Know?" and "What Christmas Means to Me" peaked at numbers 22 and 23 on the December 22, 2012 R&B Songs chart in the United States. The album has sold 181,000 copies in the United States in 2012. It is Cee Lo Green's first solo album to not contain a Parental Advisory label.

My Kind of Christmas is the thirtieth studio album and third Christmas album by American country music singer Reba McEntire. It was released on September 2, 2016, by Nash Icon/Rockin' R Records exclusively through Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. McEntire produced the album with her musical director Doug Sisemore. The album was reissued to all retailers, as well as all digital platforms on October 13, 2017, with additional tracks and new cover art. The album was further reissued in October 2018 with one additional bonus track, the CD version of which was exclusive to Walmart stores in North America.
