IBTE Sultan Saiful Rijal Campus, formerly known as Sultan Saiful Rijal Technical College (Malay : Maktab Teknik Sultan Saiful Rijal; Malay, abbreviated: MTSSR), is one of the technical institute in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. [1] Since 2014, it has been subsumed and fully administered under the Institute of Brunei Technical Education. [2]

Abdul Kahar ibni Bolkiah or posthumously known as Marhum Keramat, was the sultan of Brunei from 1524 to 1530. He was reputed to possess supernatural abilities and be a devout man (berkeramat). He abdicated in 1530 to allow his nephew and adopted-son Saiful Rijal to become Sultan. Additionally, he was known as Siripada by Antonio Pigafetta in 1521.

Saiful Rijal was the sultan of Brunei from 1530 to 1581. He was succeeded by his eldest son Shah Brunei.

Missoula College is the junior college of the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. The college was founded in 1956 and became part of the University of Montana in 1994. It offers 35 programs including career, transfer, and technical programs. The five academic departments include the Department of Applied Computing and Electronics, Department of Industrial Technology, Department of Applied Arts and Sciences, Department of Business Technology, and Department of Health Professions. The Higher National Technical Education Certificate, abbreviated as HNTec, is a post-secondary vocational qualification in Brunei. It is a Level 4 qualification in the country's current national qualifications framework and awarded by the Brunei Darussalam Technical and Vocational Education Council (BDTVEC). It is equivalent to the National Diploma, although the latter has been phased out in government institutions. HNTec programmes are offered in the Institute of Brunei Technical Education and generally last two years. The qualification allows entry into Level 5-equivalent qualification, previously the Higher National Diploma. HNTec is the continuation of the National Technical Education Certificate (NTec).
