"I Feel Better" is a song by the Belgian-Australian musician Gotye from his third studio album Making Mirrors . It was released as a digital download on 25 October 2011 in Australia. The song was written/produced by Gotye. It was almost as successful as "Somebody That I Used To Know" in certain countries. The song has charted in Flanders. The trumpet melody which is used in the intro and the bridge was sampled from "Brazil" by Edmundo Ros. [1]

In the B-52s, she has performed alongside Cindy Wilson, Fred Schneider, Ricky Wilson, and Keith Strickland. In the early years, as well as being a vocalist, Pierson was the main keyboard player and performed on a keyboard bass during live shows and on many of the band's recordings, taking on a role usually filled by a bass guitar player, which differentiated the band from their contemporaries. This, along with Pierson's distinctive wide-ranging singing voice, remains a trademark of the B-52's' unique sound. Belgian-Australian singer Gotye has released three studio albums, one remix album, one live album, one collaborative album, one video album, eleven singles, and at least twenty music videos. Having developed a passion for music in his childhood years, he began his musical career as the lead singer of Australian rock band Downstares. Following the group's dissolution, Gotye turned his interest to creating sample-based electronic music; he sent out demo tapes of his music to several Australian radio stations. In 2002, he formed the indie pop band The Basics with fellow singer-songwriter Kris Schroeder. Gotye later signed to Creative Vibes as a solo artist and released his debut studio album Boardface in February 2003.
