Joshua Scott "JC" Chasez is an American songwriter, record producer, actor and former singer. He started out his career as a singer on The Mickey Mouse Club (1991–1994) before rising to stardom as a member of the 90s boyband NSYNC. The group decided in 2002 to go on hiatus, during this Chasez launched his solo career the same year. He released his debut single "Blown Me Up " in 2002, afterwards he released his debut solo album Schizophrenic in 2004. He had a brief solo career as a singer in the 2000s, before switching career into songwriting and producing. Through the years Chasez has worked with a wide variety of music acts such as Backstreet Boys, McFly, Sugababes, Victoria Duffield and Matthew Morrison. He also served as a judge for America's Best Dance Crew for the shows first seven seasons (2008–2012). In 2013 reunited Chasez with NSYNC for the first time since they split up in 2005, they reformed for a special one/off performance for the MTV Video Music Awards. In 2018 Chasez along with his former bandmembers received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Charlotte Kelly is a British singer-songwriter, composer, arranger, and record producer. Kelly rose to fame in the mid-1990s as one of the lead singers of British R&B group Soul II Soul, one of London's best-selling groups of all time. She performed lead vocals on their single "I Care" for their fourth studio album Volume V: Believe (1995). She continued to record and perform with the group until the release of their final studio album Time for Change (1997). During their hiatus, Kelly released her debut solo album Just Another Girl (1998), which sold exclusively in Japan. Cher started working on the album in the spring of 1998 with British producers Mark Taylor and Brian Rawling at the Dreamhouse Studios in London. The album was dedicated to her former husband Sonny Bono, who had died earlier that year.

Dance Love Pop is the third studio album by Swedish singer Agnes, released originally on 29 October 2008 in Sweden. This was Agnes' first studio album since 2006 and her comeback to the music stage. The album is written and produced by Swedish songwriter Anders Hansson and geared towards the dance and club genre. When released the first single "On and On" it immediately showed a clear change of artistic direction for her music. This was clearly observed by the critics who all homaged her new musical style. In Sweden, a deluxe edition of the album titled Dance Love Pop: The Love Love Love Edition was released, featuring the original 10 tracks plus new song "Love Love Love", of which Agnes competed with in the Swedish drafts for Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow. The deluxe edition also included remixes and music videos of the album's singles and re-entered the official Swedish Top 60 Album Chart peaking at number 12. A re-release of the album was also made in France, where the "Edition Collector" was released on 18 January 2010 and peaked at forty-seven.

Evacuate the Dancefloor is the third studio album from German Eurodance group Cascada, consisting of DJ Manian, Natalie Horler, and Yanou, first released in Ireland on 3 July 2009 and United Kingdom on 6 July 2009. Recording sessions for the album took place during 2008 to 2009 at Plazmatek Studio, Yanou Studio 1. The entire album, like their previous albums, was produced by Yanou and DJ Manian. The album's genre shifts away from the uptempo Eurodance music the group is well noted for and moves toward a more mainstream electropop sound while drawing influences of urban contemporary and pop music. Musically, the album is composed of dance tracks with thick Euro synths, cymbal crashing beats and Europop lyrics. Lyrically, the album is composed of songs about love, dancing and relationships.

Lake began his recording career with a successful crowdfunding campaign to produce an album in 2015, which resulted in the independent release of his debut studio album, Closer, in 2016.
