Complicated is the 23rd studio album by American country music artist Tanya Tucker, released on March 25, 1997. Instead of longtime producer Jerry Crutchfield, Tucker employed Gregg Brown to produce the album. One track hit the Top Ten in the Billboard Top Country Singles charts, the number 9 "Little Things." "Ridin' Out the Heartache" was the only other single to chart, at number 45. The album reached #15 on the Country Albums chart.
Sand and Water is the fourth studio album by American singer-songwriter Beth Nielsen Chapman. It was released in 1997 via Reprise Records. The title track was the only single released, peaking at number 22 on Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks and number 2 on Bubbling Under Hot 100. Included on the album is "Happy Girl", which was later released as a single by Martina McBride in 1998.
If You See Her is the fifth studio album by American country music duo Brooks & Dunn, released in 1998 on Arista Nashville. The album featured five chart singles: "If You See Him/If You See Her", "How Long Gone", and "Husbands and Wives", all of which reached #1, plus "I Can't Get Over You" and "South of Santa Fe". The track "Sweetwater" was originally recorded by McBride & the Ride on their 1993 album Hurry Sundown, and by Greg Holland on his 1994 album Let Me Drive.
People Like Us is the seventh studio album by American country music artist Aaron Tippin, released on July 25, 2000 by Lyric Street Records. His second album for the Lyric Street label, it features his third and final number one single on the country charts, "Kiss This". Also released from this album were the title track and "Always Was". Tippin's wife, Thea, co-wrote "Kiss This" and "The Best Love We Ever Made", and sang duet vocals on the latter as well as adding the "See Ya!" line at the end of "Kiss This".

Greatest Hits… and Then Some is the first compilation album by American country music artist Aaron Tippin. Released on RCA Nashville in 1997, it is composed of nine tracks from his first five studio albums, as well as four newly recorded tracks: "Cold Gray Kentucky Morning", "A Door", "That's What Happens When I Hold You" and "If Only Your Eyes Could Lie".
