In Thugz We Trust is the debut collaboration album by American rappers C-Bo and Yukmouth (together known as the supergroup Thug Lordz). The album was released March 30,2004,on West Coast Mafia Records and Smoke-A-Lot Records. It peaked at number 63 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and at number 47 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers. [2] The album features guest performances by Silverback Guerillaz,Eastwood,Killa Tay and also Spice 1,who would later join the group on their second album, Thug Lordz Trilogy .

Steven Howse,known professionally as Layzie Bone,is a rapper known primarily for being a member of the group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. He has also gone by the names L-Burna,Lil Lay,and The #1 Assassin. He is the younger brother of fellow group member Flesh-N-Bone and cousin of group member Wish Bone. Layzie is also a member of the rap group Bone Brothers and CEO of the record label Harmony Howse Entertainment.

Known for his extensive legal troubles,he was the first notable rapper to be jailed due to his lyrical content in 1998. His 1995 song,"Deadly Game" earned this distinction,as its lyrics were a scathing critique of political officials,including governor Pete Wilson,and California's Prop. 184 three-strikes law. He ineffectively argued for appeal three times.
